★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cautious with covid, and loved the complementary bottles of water, snacks, headphones, masks, handsanitzer, and wipes they gave out each flight. The pictures were taken from my window between Prince Edward Island and Montreal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give zero stars if I could. Worst customer service ever. The airport staff are ok but their call centers have the worst service and most rude that I have ever had to deal with. The flight attendants are rude and also rude and arrogent. It is a shame that an airline that holds the countries reputation is not held to any standards. Go with any other Airlines and avoid the headache.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived at airport to purchase ticket, air Canada representative was rude about my trying to buy a ticket during "flight time". Didn't get an email confirmation sent, didn't include my aeroplan number. Come time to board and I get bumped to a much worse seat. If at all possible I will avoid air Canada in FSJ.
