Very nice experience. Professional The girl that did my nails did a very wonderful job. I really recommend this place.

Great Mani/Pedi as always. These ladies work so hard to accommodate everyone. The place is always busy and worth the wait. Word to customers-please do not bring your small "busy" children. It is not safe for them to be running around there and it is so disturbing for the rest of us. We go there to pamper ourselves, not watch you yell at your kids.

Gone here for the last 9 years and I have stopped due to getting my eye brows cut by scissors and yeah you read that right my eye lid started bleeding and the girl denied it...worst experience ever. Had to go get it looked at

First time there today and very pleased. Just got a classic pedicure. Friendly staff, high quality service. Told her of problems I had had after a pedicure at a different place and she took care to properly remove calloused skin. Will definitely go back again.

Sad to see this place go downhill. Went in for a pedicure and gel nails. The woman doing my pedicure was great, but the woman doing my nails was not. She immediately tried to start on my nails before I had even really gotten comfortable in the pedicure chair. She chastised me for having cold hands, giving me a disapproving look and handed me a hot stone to hold. Sorry but its -40 outside. Instead of letting me get settled, she needed to jump in right away. My hands would have warmed up given five or ten minutes while my pedicure was going. But instead they are clearly trying to rush you out. To make matter worse, she made FIVE of my cuticles bleed. She was so rough, it was as if she had never experienced a manicure before or touched another human being. She used her own nails to push back my cuticles and obviously ripped them apart because CUTICLES DON'T WORK LIKE THAT. Then with the grinder she ripped them up even more. I didn't get an apology, just another disapproving look as if it was somehow my fault this woman was so bad at her job. Needless to say, her attention to detail on the shape and length of my nails was not there either. The thumb and index finger do not match, and she even checked them. I wonder what she thought when she checked them, saw that they were different lengths, and then just decided to do nothing. My cuticles look so bad that it was entirely pointless getting nails done. What is the point of getting nails painted when your cuticles are ragged and raw? My thumb wouldn't stop bleeding the entire time, they had to put endless cotton balls on it. I will not be returning to Nails Time, and I cannot recommend going there to anyone unless you want your hands completely mangled. It was not a relaxing experience in the slightest. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
