★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and attentive. However, I asked for a short hair cut half a dozen times and was ultimately left with one poor excuse for a cut. Worst one I think I've ever had. I will have to get someone else to repair this mess!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a great Cut and had my beard shaved off, cost me about $33.00 or so. My beard was just buzzed off which I think shouldn't really cost to much more as it is fast and very simple, the length only being about 1/2 or 3/4 of a cm long, so pretty short for a beard. Overall It was a good cut and trim and Im happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this place twice in the past 4 mos. The first time the women was courteous and professional. But when I got home & washed my hair I had a couple strands of hair hanging in my face. No worries though I just excused it as a mistake. I cut it off myself. The second time (yesterday) I got a different stylist. She asked if I wanted a "dry cut or wet". I have very curly hair which will hide a lot of little mistakes. So I said go ahead. She asked me all the normal questions like; How do you like it? I said "mid-ear, above my eyebrows and collar length in the back". Okay, away she went. I'm 66 years old, my eye aren't as sharp as usual. In fact I just had cataract surgery. When she finished she asked me if that was okay. It looked...acceptable. This cut took all of 15 minutes. Well when I got home I washed my hair as normal. I was flabbergasted to find that the back of my head the hair was ABOVE my earlobe. My hair on the sides had not been thinned, my bang were to high for my liking. In fact it looked exactly like a BOWL CUT!! This is 2 hair cuts at this location that had problems. I will never go there again!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally this is a pretty ok place, but Monday 29th, 2021 I received the absolute worst haircut of my life. I'm not kidding. The top of my head is choppy, the sides aren't properly shaved down (WITH A SERO SHAVE TRIMMER), there are stick ups all over the place, The back of my head, well that's a whole other story. The hair was shortened in the wrong direction, and the sides were not taken in at all.
The stylist-- no I can't remember her name-- assured me I looked good. And later told me it was her first attempt at a such a haircut. A ZERO SHAVE TAKE DOWN ON A GUY.
I have been trying to contact management, or someone to rectify, but no one has responded. Keeping my head covered until can get another appointment elsewhere.
