β β β β β All the nails technicians are so artistically talented. I would advise you look at there instagram. They great you incredibly nice and itβs so clean! They lysol after EVERY client! I found them incredibly professional establishment. They are busy due to it being a 4.3 star business and being right off of jasper ave for walk ins. With that said you should book an appointment.

β β β β β The whole nails process took 2hrs for getting my nail colored, contributing factor was the waiting time because the first lady who did my nails snatched my nails skin and in Vietnamese said to her colleagues: itβs not even bleeding. [well it was hurt and red, definitely can see where she cut the skin with the drill-nails filing device] She just assumed I didnβt speak the language. I asked for alcohol swabs but got ignored and they acted as if nothing happened. HOW CAN YOU DISREGARD A CONCERN WHICH YOU CREATED?! Also I heard and understood her negativity talk about β the people she provided the service that dayβ too.

β β β β β Highly recommend Tram, she will go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful experience. Pedicures before or after a barefoot vacation is a must! I recommend my personal clients to Tram and Nails 2001, when they are killing extra time waiting for their vehicles, or as a thank you I recommend their services. Specially when individuals or their spouses/partners like custom nail art.

β β β β β My experience was not great. I went with a friend to have a good time, and it was terrible, the worst experience I've ever had. My friend wanted her nails pink, they did the wrong shellac color, red with golden sparkles. We had a wedding the next day so no time to fix.
In my case, I got a normal pedicure and shellac on my hands. The ladies wouldn't wait for each other to finish, one was doing the pedicure, another the manicure, I had to contort in order for the lady doing the manicure to be able to do it, my back was hurting. And the worst part, I kept telling the lady that my fingers were burning and she kept telling me it was normal, IT IS NOT NORMAL! I couldn't stop the burning sensation until 3 hours later! I had to put my fingers in cold water, now I'm afraid that my under nails might have a burn but I cannot see it.
When they were done they wanted me to stay until my toes were dry, staying in that hell of a pain in that horrendous service-place was the last thing I wanted, I didn't even care if my toes got ruined.
DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND, GO TRY ANOTHER PLACE, I BET ANYTHING ELSE IS BETTER!

5 stars, highly recommend.

β β β β β I always have a wonderful experience when I go here. I love my result everytime & really enjoy chatting with the girls. My shape is always beautiful and these nails are STRONG. Ive never had one fall off and have left them for a month before. This is my number one nail salon and I'm so glad I found them ?

β β β β β This is my go-to place for nails! They're punctual, and the place looks very clean and bright. Lina has been doing my manis and pedis for years - she's great! I only get shellac because of my job, but since going to her, my nails have stayed long and strong, and I haven't dealt with any breakage or polish lifting. She's also really good at helping me with color and design ideas. Highly recommend!
