★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were welcoming and helpful. The technicians were knowledgeable and efficient. The waiting room was large and every chair was completely partioned off with plexiglass. Each seat was disinfected after each use. Overall it was a professional and appreciated service.

Million location is very clean facility. The technician was nice, professional, supportive and friendly, she made me feel very comfortable. Keep it up.

They always allow my husband to come in for the last 5 minutes of the appointment to see our little one in action on the ultrasound. Even though he can’t be there for the entire appointment, that definitely makes up for it. Highly recommend this location.

That being said, other experiences with other technicians have also been great. Never any complaints in our experiences over the years. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing, clean, efficient experience! From booking to then end of each my pregnancy ultrasounds it was a smooth and comforting environment. I had multiple technicians from my dating ultrasound to my last fetal growth ultrasound and each tech took their time and focusing on baby’s measurements! Milton and Mississauga location allow you to bring a support person in the room for that last few minutes of the appointment so you can share this special time as well! Each clean was extremely clean and follow all Covid protocol’s! 100% will come here for my next pregnancy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There’s only a short wait (very reasonable) for my appointment. Sitting area is clean and signs on the chair to indicate that the chair has been sanitized reassured safety in the waiting area. Also have to give kudos to the X-ray technician who gave up her break to attend to me so that I didn’t have to wait for 20 minutes. Their technicians are professional and efficient. As long as you get there 10 minutes earlier than your appointment time, and willing to wait for non-scheduled service like X-ray, their estimate wait time is quite accurate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was petrified to go for my first mammogram (hence one of the reasons I procrastinated for 2 years past the recommended timeline), but was surprised at how painless and quick it was. The technician was amazing. She was very empathetic regarding my concerns and made me feel comfortable right away. She reassured me and explained the process so well, I was immediately at ease. Would definitely recommend this location. I read the reviews before choosing a location and they were all very accurate.
