I had a great experience at mustays. The women were very friendly and professional. They did an excellent job on my hair I am very happy! I highly recommend!

Response very late or don’t even answer the phone calls, neither call back! Opening hours are Not as it’s showing! I was going to pick up a product and I confirmed that i will pick it up in the morning. I am here and they are still Not Open. Not a good experience!

On August 8th, I went to Mustay's Braiding Place in Toronto to put my hair in spring twists. I had been in contact with the owner via Instagram and I had even watched a few videos on the application and looked at a bunch of images online just to be sure this is what I wanted. When I arrived, we got started, but after a few twists and perhaps not enough hair (my Amazon order was late), I wasn't too sure this was the style that I actually wanted. My braider Toya (forgive me if I'm spelling your name wrong) told me that the particular style I was considering was a style that was not know to last very long. I was grateful for the warning and decided to do a style that I had been wanting to do for some time...Senegalese Twists. When I said this, Toya's eyes lit up as she informed me that twisting was her absolute favorite type of braiding, and it showed. Not only did Toya and her cute sidekick Deborah (who has the most beautiful complexion I've ever seen) worked unbelievably quick to get me in and out by 4:00 p.m. that day, after I had wasted an hour not being sure of whether or not I should change my original plans for my hair, but they did so in a professional and loving manner. The job they did was so neat and meticulous. I also appreciated the excellent tips I received on how to care for my scalp, keep my natural hair moisturized, keep my twists neat and stiff and how to wrap my hair at night to extend my style. Needless to say, this was undoubtedly the BEST braid job I had ever had! Thank you both for making me look and feel special.
