Excellent curry beef brisket. Have not been here for awhile and the price has gone up exponentially. Staff is not friendly at all.

Abysmal service during busy hours, especially if patron did not speak Cantonese/Mandarin. Had my hand in the air for over 4 minutes before getting service on previous visit. In latest visit, waitstaff was not able to clarify the two sauce choices offered for a dish. Located on the corner plaza of Minoru Boulevard and Westminster Highway. Limited free plaza parking. Close to Richmond Centre. Cash and debit card only. Known for their curry dishes. Serves Southern Chinese cuisine. Suitable for groups and individuals.

A very interesting restaurant with unique HK snacks and dishes. Service was great and food tasted good, the food tastes how it looks. Was good, but standard econo lunch vibes.

Best curry beef brisket in town. Other menu items like sweet and sour pork, Hainan chicken, and honey garlic spare ribs are awesome too. Service is friendly enough, same staff have been with the restaraunt for a long time. I recognize them and they remember us. Lots of regular customers here. Kid friendly, high chairs and maybe boosters are available. Prices are reasonable, nothing outrageously priced here. Has a bit of an old school feel here, but this establishment has been around the lower mainland for a long time. Definitely one of my favourites.

Good flavours and fast service. Good soup, and hotpot, but roast pork in the hot pot wasn't great. Very tasty beef brisket curry. Large menu selection and reasonable pricing. The rice flavoured with chicken oil was a highlight.

My last outing to Mui Garden was when Main St. still had a location. Heard the owner decided to retire (don't quote me on this). The chefs at that location had me going there 3-4 times a month. So it's been awhile and I ordered takeout at this Richmond location. My sweet and Sour pork had more large cuts of fresh onions and bell pepper than meat. Not many pineapples or lychee chunks though. Holding the takeout bag I thought I was missing a few grams. Prices have increased. Quantity of food has decreased. Flavour on par.

Average food but priced high considering. Food quality is also inconsistent. Yesterday, chicken wings maybe good. Today, all burnt! Yesterday, soup noodle maybe right. Today, all overcooked. And the only good thing about this place is quick. Here you ordered, there they bring up your food. With that kind of speed, I wonder how much pride and effort the cook placed in preparing your food. And the all famous Mui Garden curry food? It's watery for sure and full of coconut flavor. I would prefer to have curry flavor instead. No, I won't be bother coming back again. This place sure is overrated.

If you look for "past" hong kong style β€œCha chaan teng”. It should be a place to visit. Simple but speedy service, while the favour of foods recalled me back to cha chaan teng in hong kong, which is fading out... Hong kong style milk tea is something you should also try.
