★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was amazing. The service was quick. This place required proof of vaccination prior to entering and the employees/staff were all wearing masks. It probably would have been nice to go with more people and try more food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They recently changed their pork with century egg congee and added veggies. It's no longer $6 but is now full price. I think it's still good cuz they got rid off the ginger which is very unpleasant for me to be eating. Truffle chicken is clearly not fresh from the pan but I believe from the fridge. It was $17 and parts of the chicken provided to us wasn't right. It was definitely a quarter cuz they didn't give us the full size of the drumstick. Sesame egg yolk is really good, i did not find this dessert in other dim sum place yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great experience. We wanted to eat Alaskan king crab, and Kirin couldn't secure the crab for us on Mid-Autumn Festival day, but Empire could. It was a full house here. The crab was cooked so well, soft and each dish was on par. The hospitality and customer service was next level, as we brought wine and cake. With full tables all around, I was impressed. Tastes better than it looks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was one of my favourite dimsum restaurants I've been to during my trip. Went to three other places this week and I had the most to eat here. Their BBQ Pork baked pastries and egg tarts are so fragrant so definitely get those. Beef stomach and tendon tastes great as well if you're into that. Make your reservations ahead of time and show up earlier as they get BUSY. If you aren't vaccinated maybe don't chance it as the place is packed with tables in close proximity to each other.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rating reflects the non compliance with indoor COVID guidelines, I would not go there on the weekend, the place is completely packed! It was quite scary. But the food is amazing and for the food I would give 5 stars, all dim sum we ordered was very delicious. The smoked duck fried rice is a must try. The service could be better, they tend to ignore non-east-Asian parties in my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered take out from here and dine in couple of times before, overall it's bit pricey compare to others, but quality is great.
Ordered green beans, steam pork ribs and steam chicken sticky rice, and this tart in the pic. Always love the tart or any crispy pastry from this restaurant, perfect crisps!
Only thing is that service Isn't so good, hope that can be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good food, good quantity. It's a bit pricey but that's the kind of food it is. Definitely try to get the set menu as they are cheaper than ordering separate. Service was good. Only thing I didn't like is that we asked if we could have some extra wraps for Peking duck and the waiter never checked with us that there are extra costs. I would have appreciated if he just let us know, I didnt think it would be extra since we feel we needed more wraps for the Peking duck dish. ?♂️

Good quality but for this price expected a bit better. Not all dishes were great. The tofu skin side dish 素烧鹅 was especially bad. The steamed scabbard 黑鱼 was good but 40$ for three pieces of fish. Would recommend the beef and mushroom though, was our favourite.
Desserts were bad. Tried the osmanthus jelly and taro tapioca pudding. Do not recommend.
Nice environment and ok service (not rude). Need reservation as it fills up very quickly.
