Amazing staff that is super friendly. Great teas. Fun art in the back as you can see in the pictures! Also some real fruit smoothies - love the mango tornado. Thank you for being wonderful. (And thank you Laura for the puns ;-)

A decent bubble tea place that features natural ingredients. The dinning area is kind of small, but that shouldn't be an issue for most patrons. This place supports cellphone payment services like 微信支付 and 支付寶 .

There are many tea shops in Richmond, and this one ranks top 3 in my list...the ingredients they use are really good(don’t taste like artificial stuffs), you can choose how sweet you want, and add different toppings. Prices are ok, would say the average in metro Vancouver area, staffs are very nice.

An excellent addition to the bubble tea scene. It feels a little more high end that most bubble tea places. It has art on the wall, chalkboards with the menu and staff announcements. They have images of staff with little bios and a cool around the corner seating area. They have a large selection of high quality bubble teas, including some milk and sea salt which is amazing. You even get a little knife to pierce the film so you can drink it with the milk mixing in. Food items are also good and usually prepared in house with a few exceptions. Bubble/egg waffle is made while you wait. Parking is available free from Walmart or limited free around the mall. It is on two major bus routes and about 8 to 9 minutes walk from the Canada line (Lansdowne stop).

One of my all time favorite bubble tea locations! The teas they have on hand are absolutely delicious and unique, many I've never seen at other shops! But they are also developing new drinks and offer samples so you can explore flavors you might have never tried otherwise, it's really amazing. ? The staff have always been very courteous and helpful, answering any and all questions. I often like to ask what they recommend since everyone has different tastes and it keeps it fresh. My favorite drinks are regular milk tea, emerald milk tea, purple rice milk tea, and the hexagrain tea. All of these with tapioca are great, or try the grass jelly, which was a big surprise at how well it paired with the purple rice and hexagrain! Their bubble waffles are also quite good, though they only offer one flavor. I only wish they had a frequent buyers punch card or something to help me offset the cost of the many teas I buy from them. ?

Lovely little tea shop. I believe that they have the most fair menu price in town, and the variety of drink choices max out most of the competitors. Had green bean slush with bubble, probably better than some places in Taiwan. Owner seems like a nice guy, and takes time to introduce their products. Dine in space is full of local young artists paintings, which is a good community connecting display.

Customer Service... None. I was a long standing customer with t-go tea when the Central Garden City complex was brand new. Since Covid (similar to Lisa. W's experience), I hadn't gone to the store, in quite some time. When I finally did get the chance to yesterday, I saw that the store front had renovated and the window display had "Wahaha coming soon" written on it. I messaged T-Go Tea on their Facebook page, asking them if they had closed down. They responded proudly telling me of their new partnership with Pepper Lunch. I proceeded to ask them if they would still honor any cash card previously purchased, where they simply stated "No." This new business has no intent of honoring any promises previously made by management.

My girlfriend had similar experiences to a few others who had bought a cash card with T-Go Tea when they had initially opened as part of their promotion. She had moved away to a different city for school for a few years so we never had much of a chance to go. Soon after she returned, the pandemic was announced which prevented us from going. Fortunately, we were able to use it a few times in 2021 and when we attempted to go the last time, they had closed down for renovations. We had thought following the renovations, we could visit t-go tea again but that was not the case. There is no indication of expiry on the card, and they did not inform us that renovations would be taking place nor the renovations would include a complete change of name and potentially management. I am not even sure who to contact anymore since theoretically the store no longer exists. Hearing that others were unsuccessful in using their cash card is discouraging.
