โ โ โ โ โ One of my top bubble tea shops I have tried locally in Vancouver/Richmond. The black sugar series is super good, not too sweet with string flavor. The only slight downside is that the price is higher then normal bubble tea joints however the cups are also smaller. Otherwise if it were flavor and taste this one takes the win.

โ โ โ โ โ If I were reviewing purely the tea, absolutely nothing about the product would warrant criticism. The beverage was deliciously sweet and rich, with a very complex flavor that tasted like it took hours to stew pearls in the dark sugar. Probably the most complex, rich milk tea I have ever had (in my humble, limited experience).
The menu needs work, as the drinks are listed in four different categories with nothing obvious differentiating them. The names of the drinks give you almost too much information with nothing obviously distinguishing them aside from price. Readability of the menu would be the largest improvement Tiger Sugar could make.
Price and wait time are indicative of the product you receive. As in, both are pretty bad but the product is worth it as a destination spot.

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered the Vintage Black Tea Latte w/mousse and the drink just tastes super watered down (I ordered 30% ice). I went back and asked if it could be remade and she just offered to put more tea in my drink or suggested that I purchase a new one. Very disappointed with this customer service. Iโve ordered at different locations and never had an issue.

โ โ โ โ โ I donโt know why I saw lots of good review here. I just order 2 of their bobba black pearl but โฆ IT IS NOT SWEET AT ALL. Like as in no taste. I donโt know if the attendant did wrong on my drink cause he talks and move like he was just new there. And it is our 1st time trying there. I might not come back anymore

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered a brown sugar boba and a brown sugar red bean for $16. Both taste great, but size is small, and half of the cup is filled with ice. 1/3 the portion comparing to other bbt franchises. Not recommend

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered the Brown Sugar Milk tea with mousse. For the price of $7, to be honest, I felt the size was definitely on the smaller side. What I liked was that it wasn't too sweet. I didn't tweak the sugar or ice and it wasn't overly sweet. The mousse was somewhat nonexistent and mostly melted into the drink. There was no extra flavour from it. The pearls were a tad overcooked for my liking. They had lost most of its chew. Overall wouldn't get this drink again from Tiger Sugar and also wouldn't recommend this place unless you are really desperate for bubble tea.
