My mother and I brought my parka to this business for dry cleaning. Almost a week later, my mother receives a call to "warn" her that the logo on the jacket was faded. My mom communicated this to me and my first thought was wondering why it had taken them a week to begin the washing process.
At that point, there was not much a consumer can do but accept the facts as is. I thought, maybe the logo was a bit faded? It's possible.
When we picked up the parka, it was very clear there was damage to the logo and that the "warning" call was a cover up. Things like this happen, I would rather an honest statement than a blame to customers...
Not only did they not apologize for their error, they proceeded to harass my mother in her previous comments. Needless to say, there was no compensation for damage and thus, it felt necessary to express our experience.
The way I look at it, it is what it is. You trust a business to look after your property, they fail, but the choice was yours. I just know I won't be making the same choice again. Believe what you want to believe.

I was worried about a heavily embroidered dress I brought in because of a bad experience elsewhere; but the people at golden eagle were so careful and did a wonderful job. From now on I’ll only be going here, for all my dry cleaning needs. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wash my uniform each week in this shop. I am satisfied the service they provide in the enthusiasm and professional manner. Especially the owner, Ms Fendi, who is a friendly lady. She kindly helps me to remove the stains from the clothes.
Highly recommend this dry cleaning shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had four dress shirts in need of a wash and press, and it only cost me $4/shirt. I liked that they use industrial folding/ironing machines, because I have a hard time ironing my shirts at home right after a wash.
I think you’ll like getting your cleaning done here: the lady (pictured, below) and gentleman whom I dealt with are unquestionably kind and candid.
