Zero stars. My wife's cardigan was shrunk. They made an excuse that they followed the directions and that we should complain to Aritizia. We had taken that cardigan in before and it was fine so obviously something went wrong. They had zero accountability and the best they offered was $30 credit written on a piece of paper for a $200 cardigan. The owner told my wife to get out when she said she wanted to take a picture of the "credit note." Terrible business practices and customer service.

Love this dry cleaner. Sophia is a wonderful owner and does a fantastic job on my clothes. I have been coming to this cleaner for over 25 years even after I moved to a different area in Richmond. Well worth the drive. ??

ZERO STARS. First visit: 3 of my dress shirt buttons were melted/damaged in the dry cleaning process, to which the owner rudely said β€œnot our responsibility”. 2nd visit: Several items in the same batch were NOT ready on the date promised, items we needed to wear that weekend. The owner SOFIA (the Korean lady) basically gave me a blank stare, gave zero explanation, offered no solutions, and still demanded I pay the full amount for items I hadn’t even picked up yet! Sofia, if you’re going to run a business, try being reliable instead of rude to customers.

I took a T-shirt here to be altered. It was a very simple alteration where I needed the shirt cropped with an elastic band at the waist. The shirt was in perfect condition when I dropped it off, and when I came to pick it up it looked terrible. Not only was the alteration job sloppy and awful, but there were multiple small holes and tears all over the front and back. I now have a completely unwearable shirt and I am surprised that they even wanted me to pay for it upon pick up (I didn’t). They are great at dry cleaning, but horrible at alterations and tailoring.

this business owner has very very very horrible attitude towards their customer. by seeing all those one star rating I have to say I regret I still went this place to have my wool coat cleaned. they did not do a nice job and my coat lost one button during the service. when I point in out to the lady, which I think it's also the owner started to show really bad attitude to me. she insisted that she did nothing wrong. and she yell at me as well. since she doesn't speak English very well. she used Korean and said really mean words and F words as well. I don't know what to say anymore. this lady with this kind of attitude should not be in service industry.

HORRIBLE, COMPLETELY RUINED MY Michael Kors JACKET!! You can see all the colour stains on the picture. DON'T EVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAGIN!! I tried to communicate with the lady about my ruined jacket, she just insisted me to leave, and not come back again. Very Poor attitude!!!

Took in two pieces which were close to new, and have been dry cleaned with no problem before (my previous dry cleaner retired and suggested Liberty Cleaners despite the reviews). Unfortunately both my items of clothing were damaged, and likely from not following the label. They suffered what seems like burns, additional staining, and shrinkage. While the photos lack context with how they looked previously, just imagine they looked as-new, and with no shrinkage or stains. These were taken just after I picked them up. Now, interior lining has shrunk, edges of cuffs and collars became suddenly stained and worn (color loss as well), and new stains on easy to clean outer wear. I brought it to the attention of the shop, and they said it is likely an issue with the manufacturer. I said this is not likely at all as these are two different manufacturers (Thom Browne and Armani), and two different materials that did not have problems before being cleaned. Anyway, I hope anyone that sees this review will think twice about bringing expensive, sentimental, or delicate items here. Just for context these two pieces together cost me around $2000, and used sparingly just under one season.
