My wife and I went to pickup medicine. That female staff member had a very bad attitude and didn't want to serve you at all, but the male staff member had a very good attitude, patience and willingness to help you.

Despite a difficult situation that they were sold out of reusable bags, the Manager Viviane was absolutely caring and sweet. It has been a very long time since I have seen such an elevated, kind hearted, person who was truly able to help and rise above. Thank you so very much!

The employee at the beauty counter was a little bit rude, when I mentioned the name of the product that I use. Why she has to comment thing such as “expensive products don’t have petroleum in their ingredients”, after I mentioned that I use certain brand. I use that brand because I have sensitive skin.

It's alright.... It took a while for the staff to warm up to me, but now they are pretty friendly.... Prices or not that cheap, untill sale, then so cheap... But I think they horde certain items in back, only shelving a few a day, cuz I go at night, and specific items are never there... All in, 4stars on good day, 2 on bad, hence the 3 rating

How this pharmacy is still in business is baffling. POOREST SERVICE RUN by lack of people, communication and customer service skills of flipinos. Training on simple customer service task and communication with professionalism and integrity is crucial for a successful business.

Gagan pharmacy assist excellent customer service, very helpful and patient and willing to help. The other assistant with him, the girl, fair skinned slightly heavy set with curly black hair is horrible, has attitude, not friendly, you can see on her face not helpful at all. Usually she is the worst of all the rx assistants, but Gagan eachtime most willing to help out. The girl is useless, and fake with customers.

We had to wait for 5 minutes at the self serve because the coupon we wanted to use didn't work and no one tried to help us with all the flashing light on the register and the store wide page asking for assistance. Even worst was the Asian lady in the cosmetics who saw us waiting and struggling and just went pass us to her own side. I looked for staff which I only saw one cashier and a big line up a head of her. This is not the way the manager should be scheduling people specially near the holiday season. Terrible experience.

Surprised zero stars is not an option to pick on google reviews. I no longer feel comfortable shopping and even stepping foot into this Shoppers location. I was stalked and followed around the store by this one specific employee who wholeheartedly believes that I am suspicious. The slender Filipino woman with short black hair will get mad at me for the smallest of things and will go out of her way to try and catch me doing something illegal even though I have never done such. I am the only one who is targeted out of my group of friends and this is not the first time that this has happened. Prior to the last visit, I was paying at the self checkout when this lady leaves her area behind the counter to come and watch me pay for my items. There was a whole LINE of customers waiting to be served and yet this woman decided to stop helping them and come watch me at the self checkout. She did this multiple times. This place needs to get their priorities straight. The staff here love staring at a teenager use the self checkout normally, rather than help out customers waiting in line. I thought that this would be the end of this but of course it was not. Very recently I walked into this shoppers location and purchased my items at the self checkout. I put my items in my reusable bag with my receipt in there as well because I did not want to be accused of stealing and I knew it was a great possibility after my first bad experience here. After this, I met up with my friends in the store and they bought their items at the self checkout. This lady approaches me and asks, “What did you just put in your bag?” in a very accusatory and aggressive way. I calmly replied and told her all of the items that I purchased were in my bag. She said, “Oh,” and then walked away from me. Even my friends were mad for me as this is unfortunately not the first time I had been targeted in this shoppers location. I usually do not make a big deal out of things but it is very different when you are targeted, accused, and terrorized.
