I have been ordering food from this place for many years, the service is getting worse and worse, it always gives you another understanding of what is the worst customer service each time that I visit this place. And tonight is my last time ever going there. I ordered 5 dishes for 36 minutes, only the Chinese donut came, and nothing else; when we asked, the server said, the kitchen is so busy today, and the congee is out of the freezer, it takes time to warm it up. In fact, I didn’t see a thing in our order ( when she pulled up the order from the computer, at then, I told her to make the food ASAP, and she kept saying,86 was the kitchen’s fault and they missed the order,(it was never ordered, why is she lying….) and then after I fold her to just do the order and we will wait, she said as she leaves, I can’t do anything if you decide not to eat!!! What on earth was that about? I came here to eat at 10:30pm, hungry! What does it mean that I don’t have to eat and who told her that I don’t need to eat? Unbelievable, even if she is busy or even if she knew that I knew she lied! This is extremely rude! I don’t recommend this place to anyone at all!

Their shrimp spring rolls were my favorite item on the menu, until tonight. Instead of a crunchy wrapper filled with bouncy, snappy prawns and garlic, I got what you see in the picture; a barely-room temperature tube of raw prawn and pasty dough, and a strong desire to never eat anything from Neptune again. Making sure your food is cooked before it’s sent out is a bare minimum, zero tolerance thing for me, especially with seafood. I won’t be gambling with my health here again.

I went back yesterday because I remembered them being so good and the fried rice was as delicious as ever but their ribs was a huge letdown. I won't be going back. inconsistency with food is unforgivable especially with food prices so high these days. they do offer a take out discount which is nice.
E	Eric Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered beef brisket noodle, shrimp dumpling in soup and sweet and sour pork. The soups came shortly after I ordered.The beef brisket was half fat. Soup was way too salty. Dumpling was very good but again soup was way too salty. Waitress was very defensive when I ask her about my missing order of sweet and sour pork, which didn't come 10 min after we finished everything else. The restaurant was not even 1/3 full and it was Saturday 1230pm. She rudely told me the kitchen was busy and she didn't missed placing the order. I left 10% tips but I would have given at least 18% if service was better. Cash only at this restaurant. Maybe the waitress was having a bad day...
M	Munchica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think it's awesome this place is open late and offers authentic Chinese restaurant foods like traditional soups, fish heads, pea shoot veggies, etc. The quality and taste however is comparable to T & T supermarket's hot foods section. I got the black sesame paste soup which was good but comparable to ones that you can make with powder and add boiling water to. I also tried the fried fish head. It was quite greasy but did taste fine. So it's not bad but not excellent.
K	Ken Ip on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 stars for the food and 0 star for the food safety concern (4+0)/2=2 (Today) not too many places close at 2am in Richmond. Today's review is nothing about the food. The server handed me the clean settings with her blue gloves which were previously used to carry dirty dishes from other tables. Then the same person brought my orders, each time with her fingers touching the edge of the plate and the food. This place has no sense of food safe. I could have caught the disease, germs or viruses which have been possibly cross contaminated from other customers. This is utterly unacceptable and disgusting! (Previous)Beef noodle- noodle was cooked to perfection, not overcooked, not soggy but the beef brisket was bad. Surprisingly, the Harlow(shrimp dumpling) was very good, recommend.
