★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are nice for studying and such but everyone needs a card to get in which costs more than $10 and only lasts for 6 months. Also it's first come first serve for rooms which are often full. A few months ago, only 1 person from each party needed to have a card which was great. Now it's pretty difficult to utilize this space.

If you’re looking for a personal trainer, I’d highly recommend Harris! He was an amazing trainer, and here’s why:
Harris has really went above and beyond to support me in reaching my goals. He truly cares about his clients’ progress and is always very enthusiastic and accommodating to the changes in my fitness direction.
He’s very passionate about what he does, and he’s always sharing new information regarding fitness etc, which I find to be to be very helpful and informative.
His charming and approachable nature made every session very enjoyable and progressive, and he’s very good at assessing his client’s capability, and knows how to push them to the next level at a steady and comfortable pace.
Not only has he helped me understand the importance of posture and form and lifting in the right way, but also helped cleared up a lot of myths lol. In short, he’s a fantastic trainer and I truly recommend reaching out to Harris to help you reach your fitness goals!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice staff. I came here for the baby gym program (I don't know how its called) it's from 9 am -11am and they charge 3.25 per session.
They have toys and a few cushion for the babies to crawl but mostly is just concrete floor. Still my baby had fun.
They have parking but you have to pay.
Over all a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for fitness! They offer a variety of payment options such as the monthly pass or 10 visit passes. Has a variety of classes and a gym with all the equipment you need for your workouts.
The prices are extremely decent since the monthly pass includes fitness classes that run everyday such as bootcamp classes and yoga classes. Furthermore, you save a lot if you get a yearly pass.
The facility is very well maintained and the staff is friendly and always willing to help. This is now my go to fitness centre.
