I am so disappointed! I had an eyelash perm/ lift and I mean half done! My left eyelashes have been fried by the "different" perming solution mentioned by the esthetician (who tells me its a new product she used on me even though apparently she had done MANY lash perm/lifts) and thank goodness my right eyelashes did not change cause I would have no eyelashes left after this. My eyelashes are destroyed! The left lashes are no longer straight up but go in a "C" shape with the lash tips going in all different directions. Making mascara application look like a complete joke. Now I have to wear false lashes which I never had to do before because my eyelashes were NATURALLY long already but i wanted a lash LIFT! Not a lash FRY! On another note, during my treatment, the esthetician actually left me on own in the salon with my eyelashes glued to the lids of my eye. Yes, I heard her lock the door but who does that! What if there was a fire or if someone else came in from the back door or have broken in! Moreover, the esthetician never got ahold of me asap but after 4 days after my disclaim of being unhappy, disappointed and now embarassed of my now destroyed eyelashes. I decided to go to the salon and show her the results..left fried lashes and thank goodness natural long and still straight right lashes! Also mentioning to her, the skin around my eyes have been burning and are extremely irritated when washing my face. In the end, she wouldn't give me a refund because apparently the debit/ credit machine does not give refunds plus she doe not know how to work the machine (bs). So instead I was given a credit with an expiration date (a month) to use a credit on any treatment I wanted but I did not want any other treatment! I just wanted a lash lift! Highly do not recommended any chemical treatments as you may in counter the esthetician using a "different" product. I have gone to my doctor for the eye irritation and have been prescribed cortisone cream and latisse for when the lash perm/lift dies offa nd better buisness bureau comfirms there is no license for eyelash perming/ lifting at this salon.

What a disaster! I am leaving for a big, once in a lifetime trip with my hubby to celebrate our 25th Anniversary and decide to have a few things ‘done’ before I go. Well big mistake going to this spa! I had some unwanted facial hair removed which set off a chain reaction rash all over my upper lip and chin. I also had booked in for gel nails, pedicure and eyebrow tint. I was told it was a two hour appointment but when I get there only the I am only booked in for the gel naill. No I say I cant come back another day so the poor aesthetician is left trying to fit all my treatments into the one hour given. I could feel her panic so I felt very nervous and not relaxed as I had expected. She didn’t have time to put polish on so I left without pretty toes or nails. Yes she gave me a discount but that’s not really the point. And then in her panic has made my eyebrows so dark I am actually embarrassed! My husband doesn’t quite know what to say as he knows I will likely burst into tears if he says anything negative. I am so unhappy and will never go back there again. Sorry this is for the Steveston location not the Minoru one.

I spent so much time to grow my eyelashes and finally I grow them. They are straight so I decide to get a lash perm. I go in there and Deborah took me in right away, she didn't give me the contract either until after the treatment so I didn't read the "Not guaranteed results" which is incredibly stupid. I got the lash perm which was burning my eyes by the way but I let it go. I look in the mirror and my eyelashes are slightly curled. I leave and then I notice they are not as curly as when I usually have them permed in my camera. I go back in the store, and I said "Deborah I think my eyelashes are still straight" i made it clear that I wasn't satisfied. She gives me a look and says "No don't look in your camera look in this mirror" I looked in the mirror and saw they were slightly curled still so I was like "okay sure, sorry about that bye" I go home, and it's a few hours later, my eyelashes ARE STRAIGHT, THINNED OUT AND SHORT. They are literally back to straight. I paid 50$ for this. I paid 10$ less in broadway and get better service. I spent so long trying to grow them. I am so disappointed in their services, please NEVER go into this place. You will have the worst and uncomfortable service in the city. Also she gave me the contract after the treatment which does not make sense. Unprofessional.

I’ve gone to Tracy on and off for a few years. About a year and a half ago I had second (blistered) degree burns from a cryolipolysis machine. When I sent photos, there was a bit of discrepancy about what they offered me (long story). Tracy kept telling me she’d have to talk to the owner, that the owner wasn’t always understanding, etc. etc. I had a staff member, at one point, tell me that Tracy is the owner along with her husband. Even on my last visit a few months ago (never will I go back), she said she emailed the owner about the discrepancy while insisting she was not that owner. Wow. I have been blatantly lied to for about a year and a half. Other reviews mention Tracy as the owner. She has done it right to my face, and continued to pretend to “ask the owner” about what she could offer me.
