โ โ โ โ โ I have been going here for 3 years now. While I do not have the luxury to splurge on spa treatments but when I do get the chance to treat myself, Raintree tops my list.
The place seems a bit small but that's exactly what I love about it. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of the city.While small, Covid-19 protocols are in place - plexi glass at reception, masks for all staff, everything is cleaned and sanitized after each use. I personally cleaned the locker with a disinfecting wipe before and after my use. I also chose to wear a mask throughout my treatment. I believe, as a guest, I also had to do my part.
If you come across negative feedback from several years ago about this place, it may have been from the previous management. I believe this was acquired by the current owner, Lisa, in 2015 or so. She's doing an excellent job running the place.

โ โ โ โ โ Came here on a Thursday afternoon. The place was near empty - peaceful. The facial was so lovely. I originally booked a different facial beforehand. However, Jacqueline took a look at my skin, and recommended something more suitable for me - without up-selling or pushing. I'm glad I took her suggestion as it has been a few months since I have felt this relaxed.
The prices are at par with industry standards and the studio is very clean and modern. Smells lovely and you're greeted with tea and a hot shoulder wrap - this is good customer service.

โ โ โ โ โ My first visit to this spa was fantastic. I booked online for a pedicure which was considerably pricey compared to my previous experiences going to nail salons. However, the difference in the experience was substantial and worth it, here's why:
The atmosphere is tranquil (unlike noisy nail salons).
The place is small but very clean.
The treatment area is private.
The foot bath/soak is done in a copper tub (bacteria inhibitor) much more sanitary than a regular foot soaker.
The salon employee "Susan" made me feel welcomed; and, especially did not make me feel embarrassed or awkward because my feet were in rough shape. She demonstrated expertise in substantially removing excessive callousses and cuticles. She helped me choose a colour that was appropriate for my mood and my skin tone. My toes look so pretty and perfect!
I was served lovely tea and chocolate by the Salon Owner. She checked on me several times to make certain I didn't need anything.
Overall, money was well spent and worth it. Definitely a "spa" experience and truly relaxing.
Go there! support this small but substantial local business who puts effort and expertise to their clients. I'm impressed!

โ โ โ โ โ My first men facial in 20 years. My first experience with Jacqueline was awesome. I thought it would be be just a few masks and extractions. I end up feeling clean and relaxing after my section. No wonder women like to go to facial nowadays. I will definitely come back. Men should able to enjoy the spa experience as well.

โ โ โ โ โ A beautifully cozy spa that superceded my expectations. Prompt and thorough communication, professional and friendly staff, and clean facilities with little details that make you feel relaxed.
Lisa and Susan made my spa day a great experience. The Custom Rebalancing Facial is a must-do--the products smell heavenly and my skin was so bright and dewy afterwards!
