I have no car knowledge and randomly pick a spot to get an oil change when it’s time, but I will be making Mr.Lube on Stoney Plain my new spot. The mechanic was very polite and friendly, explained everything, did not try to sell me everything and was very honest about my car maintenance. He topped up my windshield fluid and coolant, washed my windows, aired my tires all for no extra cost. He also made me aware of a promotion they had for free windshield wipers which he also replaced at no extra cost. It made my usually overwhelming oil change trips a much more comfortable experience, which will probably encourage me to not delay them as much in the future. Thank you again!
K	Krystle Skull on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic shop - I replaced my tires with them, took longer then expected due to my old tires and rims had rusted, had to replace one tire sensor and all was good but the sensor didn’t program properly so I went back and they were so nice about it and reprogrammed the sensor. Highly recommend!

I would recommend this place .

The next morning my front driver side tire was flat, the valve stem had a small leak in it. (brand new tire btw) they are supposed to check the tires in the oil change package. Apparently that’s “not something they look for”. I thought you where supposed to rely on these guys to check if there are any leaks or something is wrong with your car. After I bring the car in, they want to charge me more just to put the tire back on and take the spare off. Very dissatisfied with this service.
R	Ron Brown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a tire shop. I've waited over an hour behind a customer getting his summer tires put on. They don't have hydraulic tools here and it took for ever just to get the winters off. I'm still waiting

I called my brother who is a mechanic and he took my tire and fixed it with no issues. These guys a greasy scammers who try to take advantage of you. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Once he told me about anything he would also share the price or if it was free or charge. He checked extra things for me to ensure my car was in the best shape possible. I felt confident leaving the bay after the appointment. He was fast and professional - definitely knew what he was talking about. Thanks Cole!
