★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Julian is an extremely kind hearted individual who puts members of the community first; in December, 2004 our family was ruined by the tsunami, Mr.Julian came to our house on Christmas day and ensured that we were okay and that we could travel to Sri Lanka and back without any trouble. Our family is forever grateful for the help and compassion we recieved from him. He is a true compassionate and empathetic leader.

Came here about 7 weeks ago or more, tilling them that my wife has been in an canada about 6 month and her P.R CARD hasn't arrived yet , they said they will help out and I called them couple days after to find out why my wife's PR CARD hasn't arrived instead they till not call them ? I heard alot off good words about them but very disappoint it !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont know why we do have MP in the area if they are not returning our calls and even not resolving our problem. I called dozen of time no reaponse email and leave a voice mail. Poor poor service and he shouldn't be an MP if he has such unprofessional staff i have a proof for multiple times but no response

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally give o ⭐️ to this office ( Not to Mr. Julian) but to his Assistant name Ravina. I went to this office in hope to get help in my in laws visit visa application process since we were expecting a baby, in my first appointment with Ravina she seems very nice n helpful but after that she never replied back to my single call or email, basically respond i got from there office that don’t bother getting touch with us. Very unprofessional & unresponsive response from here. Is this u gonna help ur constituents Mr. Peter Julian, i vote for u always so i deserve a real reply from u not from ur staff. I m very dissatisfied & disappointed ☹️

I also appreciate the work of Rivan who is girl in his office.They are great people who are listening carefully in busy days. All ircc office are busy in Afghanistan but Our area Mp also listen carefully in our situation.They are never give excuses. Great team work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a unprofessional service, specially the staff name Ravina. In the beginning, she was very nice but later on they never reply me back. I applied for my husband's spousal sponsorship and want them to enquire about it. My husband is already here and they are keep saying that your file is in process.
