About Moyie River Ranch Resort
Our Piece of Paradise is located along the beautiful Moyie River. You can find us just past Yahk at the junction of highway 95 and highway 3 with Creston only 15 minutes away. Moyie River Ranch is a gated community for your peace of mind, especially in the off-season. Our resort boasts a new playground that was just completed in August of 2020. We also have a newly built wash house, which includes free laundry, showers and washrooms. Unique from most other resorts, the resort borders Crown land, which you are able to access with your ATV right from your lot. Moyie Lake is only 20 minutes away and pristine Kootenay Lake is 45 minutes away. Ten minutes away is the Canada-US border (Kingsgate). The close proximity to Idaho and Washington is also very attractive and Silverwood theme park is only 1.5 hours away.
At Moyie River Ranch Resort, “owners” own a unit in the Limited Partnership along with a Licence of Occupation, which is the right to occupy your designated lot in perpetuity. The Limited Partnership was formed in 2019. The Board of Directors operates the resort on behalf of the General Partner. The resort has 240 lots, with 220 lots being privately owned and the remainder available for rent or lease. Lots include water, sewer and 30 amp electricity. These lots are beautifully treed with ample room and lots of green space.
