Awesome park. We have been camping here for eight years off and on, the park is very well maintained at all times and the staff are accommodating and friendly. Nice pool and hot tub but not in use due to covid. Close to all major shopping and numerous eaterys and five minutes to the us border.

Very clean and well run. Sites are a bit small but our 34 foot rv went in easily. Lots of highway noise, better at the back of the campground.

We need to come into town for Team BC Tryouts and this Resort was very close, so we gave it a try. The staff were very friendly, professional and informative ?. The resort is small but can accommodate large rigs quite easily. Its well maintained and clean and fairly reasonable for a place within the city limits . Our only draw back is the WIFI, its non existence is very noticeable.

Park is clean and well kept. Sites nice. Covid protocols in place. Staff kind and helpful. Disappointed because asked re: pool when booking looking forward to use and told open but when we got there was told closing that day. Also hot tub was being repaired and when we got there 2 weeks later still broken and closed. Wi-Fi part of site fee but only able to connect outside not in RV. Basically the cost for 1 week camping was too high with no available amenities. We had our granddaughter with us and there was nothing we could do with her in the park. If you need a place to stay to be a tourist for surrounding area then may work for you. Highway 1 traffic can be heard 24 hours a day.

This is, by far, one of the best RV parks I have stayed in during our full time RV travels. The park is immaculately kept. The bathrooms, laundry and pool are spotless, as is the hot tub. There are some long term tenants in motorhomes and trailers in the park, but their places are kept equally as tidy. The hookups are convenient, however, due to good water pressure I would recommend a pressure regulator. The electrical box is at the front of the site so you need a long power cord, or two, for connecting. Sites are gravel, but you do not get dust or fine dirt from it. There is a slight lean towards the road in some sites, but nothing our levellers could not compensate for. There is a common area fire pit and a couple open grass areas that are great for playing with the kids. The sites are generous and have cedar hedges separating each from the neighbors. You can't get better privacy. Tall trees surrounding the park provide shade in the morning and evening, but during the day it is unencumbered making it most enjoyable. An automated gate at night makes for a secure facility, the code is provided at check in in case you are out late. There is shopping near by for stocking up and personal interests. Quick trips into Abbotsford or Langley are minutes away. Book ahead as there was rarely an empty spot during our four week stay. We will be back here again without hesitation.

Have been to this location a few times over past years and everything is always been nicely maintained. Pool is always clean and sites are nice and private which is not the norm in private campgrounds. Follow the rules & respect your fellow camper and you’ll love this place. FYI Definitely not for unruly and annoying campers. Wifi’s not great but does work. My data plan is good and there’s great cell coverage. If you’re to cheap to buy data read a book. Your on vacation.?

Super clean facilities, and friendly long term residents! I’ve seen staff wiping down the glass inside the shared facilities during COVID-19 times. I love the open field for people to enjoy the sky, let their dogs wander, and the park has provided a picnic table so you can enjoy lunch or a board game :) It’s also close to the highway, but you rarely hear the surrounding traffic! The tall trees that makes this park somewhat private. (Entrance is located on a less busy residential street) I have family who reside at this park most months out of the year, and every time I come to visit the park is so well maintained and clean!
