J	James Rossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I currently work here. I'm ashamed to admit I work for this company. I've told them this both written and verbally. My current job is easy. But the things I've heard and seen here between supervisors and employees are torturous. The amount supervisors lied to me in the first 2 years of employment was quite frustrating, then they try to spin it back on you as if you caused the problem or weren't meeting their standards. The rate of pay is fair, but only for tasks beyond the entry level job. However, the place is constantly understaffed due to their own employee retention plan, and poor business model for their base labor task. Overtime is in abundance, it is possible to make $100 k (gross) a year here if you wanna work 80 hours a week. I can think of at least 3 guys that do.

Team leaders do nothing about it. Very unprofessional. They also force you to make a good review. What a joke of a company.

E	Eowux Frier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I developed an upper respiratory infection from working in the cold produce warehouse. I went home because I was coughing so much and couldn't work. The manager (Lamar) calls and says "when are you coming back?" Didnt even ask if I was okay. He was unsympathetic and non receptive during our performance meeting. This pretty much sums up my time at the company. They are nice to you during orientation, but as soon as you are done, they only talk to you if you are not hitting your performance goal. The performance goal they have is way too high. I remember working as hard and fast as I could and I only achieved a 60 percent rating overall. They wanted 100 percent. The only manager I actually respected and liked was Kyle and the trainer Seyho. They also complained I wasn't following their morning stretches exactly despite half of them being really dangerous for your lower back and joints. 90 percent of the workforce are east indian, so if you are not east indian, it will be hard to fit in because a majority of them do not speak English and are somewhat rude to non east Indians. They only offer 4 dollars above minimum wage which is not worth the amount of damage you are doing to your body from the heavy and awkward lifting you are doing. I caught several workers almost smash into me while driving my pallet jack and nothing was really done about it. I only reccomend this job if you are desperate or need something temporary.
