Worst company ever. Don't waste your money, buy from somewhere else. Not realistic with ETA's. Staff is very rude over the phone & don't want to help you. Very unprofessional company.

I had some problems with one of their tubes, and it took a while for someone to finally get back to me and fix the problem, but eventually they did. So, they looked after me and took care of everything, I just wish it could have happened sooner. Otherwise the Tub is great.

Product was 2" smaller that spec sheet which really screwed us. Non existent customer service. Avoid Acritec if you can help it.

Tub developed a crack inside after just over a year, used only 6 times. It should be noted also that this was our second tub, as the first one was delivered with an obvious crack. Tried for almost a month to get some help from Acritec. Would not return calls as promised. When the office manager finally responded by email, it was implied that we were to blame. Further excuses for failure to return calls and emails included the snow, being short staffed, high turnover, etc. I would not recommend this product as the quality is poor, customer service is even worse, employees are incompetent and they do not appear to be concerned about the quality control of their product. Further to earlier post, Acritec did finally send a technician to our home to repair our tub. Appears that they have done a good job on the repair but it is difficult to give a better review, as we have now been told that the tub, which we purchased brand new from Emco/En-suite in Langley, had been previously repaired! Also, this particular tub (Claude) was also manufactured in China, not in Mission or Langley as we were told by the Emco/En-suite sales staff. We are happy that Acritec fixed it (hopefully for good) but this is certainly a lesson learned....”buyer beware”. At least they followed up which Emco would not do. Disappointing for a company of that size. I will be doing a further review on them as well.

I have bought many a tub, shower base, free standing etc...and never had a problem. However, just this last week, i had an issue, called them and they dealt with the issue within 3 business days. Thats the confidence and turn around we look for in a supplier. Thank you Acritec.

Not a good experience with both the product and customer service and sales team. Product quality was very poor and short-lived, and customer service was completely non-existent after the sale. If you email their company to seek product information, product support, or inquire about warranties, you will not hear back, even if you follow up. I wouldn’t recommend this company’s products or services as they don’t seem to stand behind them or care about their customers. Many better alternatives out there, folks!

I ordered two tubs from a company in Calgary for my new home. I paid and ordered the tubs on Dec 7th, 2021 and requested delivery Jan 18th which I was told wouldn't be a problem and they arrived on Feb 15th. When the plumbers went to install one of the tubs, they noticed a bubble on top. Pictures were sent and Acritec took 9 business days to reply on how to proceed. They asked me to find someone local who would repair it and they'd pay for it, I received one quote one day later and sent it to them. 7 business days later I was asked to call Iqubal (and discuss the repair. They now refused to pay, stand by their product as I was emailed that they'd pay and the tub was then installed. Now he wants me to remove the tub, ship it back and they'll send a new one. This causes delays, delays cost money, which is more than the repair for me the customer. Too bad there isn't an option for zero stars as that is what customer non-service or Iqubal the manager should get. Side note, I'm in the construction business and if mistakes are made by our company, we fix them for our clients, even if it ends up that we'd lose money on one job and keeping clients happy in a community is the only way to proceed. Iqubal needs to learn this lesson.
