★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very quiet location. Very clean washroom/showers. Big problems with wifi which are not addressed or understood. If it wasn't for cell phones business connections would not have been possible while staying here. There doesn't seem to be any understanding about how that system works or how they can make it better. I have to find another park when I'm in the area next time as I need wifi to continue working while there. Great difficulty making/confirming a reservation beforehand. I'm not sure what the problem is there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ just spoke with the lady here about booking a site and I've never had someone manage to be so rude to me in the first 15 seconds of speaking with them. The rest of the phone call went downhill from there. After reading the rest of these reviews, its obvious they do not care about the feedback they are receiving. I think my worst customer service experience ever, take your business elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived in this park for almost a year. Manger tracy and john very helpful and friendly. Nice private sites big trees on both sides of trailer. Very clean and quiet. I love it here. I haven't had no problems since the day i moved in here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived there for almost 2 years, during that time there was usually an ambulance once a month and emergency response by police as well, junkies regularly scoping out yards at night, lately police are patroling. Only civil communication with TRACY is when she needs help to move a trailer out for non payment. TRACY has asked many times to post a good google review of most people there, I see some residing have decided to sell their morals. Otherwise this park has fantastic potential to be classy and worthy of great memories if managed properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was the most rudest place I've had to deal with in a long time. The lady had absolutely no interest and giving me the information I needed she hang hung up on me I would never rent from this place or route people to go here. I'm absolutely disgusted and appalled by their behaviour!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner has no wifi in their area. It's nice enough but could use significant infrastructure upgrades, especially in the laundry room an dcommon facilities. Otherwise beautiful space and friendly neighbors.
