This is a wonderful safe place to park your RV, close all amenities, easy access to Hwy #1 with full service hook-ups. George the RV park manager is a nice man and very helpful.

Best Avoided. When on a recent road trip we called from Vernon B.C. and spoke to Michael (owner or manager) he called us back and we reserved a spot for the next night for our 24' trailer. we gave him our names and both cel # and even had a discussion that we would have a guest (daughter) join us for dinner but it would just be the two of us staying. He even called us back and it was all confirmed a done deal. next day we pull in around 430 pm and the office is locked and the place looks full. I call Michael and he acts like he's never heard of us. I remind him of our phone calls and he is totally unhelpful and acts like I have made the mistake and doesn't recall a single detail. Our daughter arrives and we are all standing there wondering what the heck do we do now. Spent the eve trying to and finally finding a spot elsewhere. I found this to be a very poor and stressful event and this gentleman should not be in business as he has no clue on customer service nor organizational skills. As a side note the pics online are very well taken. the place looks nothing like this. units are mostly full timers and sandwiched in. I would avoid this fellow and his business at all cost

I was in a bit of a unique situation, I needed a place to live for a couple months while working out of town on an academic co-op, I ended up finding Livingstone RV Park on Google and am very happy I did. The park was neatly kept, and was very peaceful and quiet despite being fairly close to Highway 1. The amenities were good, pay washer and dryer on site, full hook ups, all the rest. Being a student, internet access was one of my main priorities for submitting reports/contact with instructors, and wifi was available, not very fast, but got the job done. I was only about a 10 minute drive from the airport and a 15 minute drive from downtown Langley so food, groceries, and things to do were not far at all. Over all, a very good experience and if I ever had a similar situation come up again I would certainly stay at Livingstone!

Date of Stay:Β June, 2015 the worst experience we have ever had. We have booked the place a month and a half before our move from Alberta. We even came 3 times to check that everything is ok. When we arrived, we found out management has changed, from manager to owner. the owner is a young korean guy. Very rude and insulting. He said that he had fired the site manager and does not respect any booking. We told the owner, the deal was since a month and a half ago, before he was fired and we have no other place to go,he didn't care and threatened us with involving other forces to move us out. He also said our SERVICE DOG is not welcome, when we've seen regular dogs in other trailers. The owner kept on saying he doesn't respect any booking the manager had done. He rudely suggested we will go to the fired manager and solve our situation, with a guy that doesn't work there any longer and we felt horrible for being laughed at. The neighbors had told us he had done it to several other families and couples of old and young ages and that they are seeking for a new place as well. We were rushed to find a place in a couple of hours,so the new owner will not bring his forces. We were affraid we'll be stuck with no home, but had to leave anyway.. We definitely Do NOT recommend this site. My 28 f. Fifth wheel was brand new (not old or broken in any way)I had 2 classic pick up trucks with me (entered quite a few show and shine shows). The reason I posted that review late is because I had made an effort to forget about this incident, but had to share my experience with people, after Google had asked me to review this place. I actually found an amazing RV park across the road from that horrible place and stayed there a few years, because they treat you like family from the first second you get in. I would never recommend Livingstone campsite & RV Park to anyone. Zero stars. The RV park I would definitely recommend is Cedar Springs in Langley, just across the road from that horrible place. I have seen the owner's answer. There is no room in heaven for liers and scammers and you sir is both. Shame on you!

I stayed at Livingstone for a considerable time and it was a horrible experience. The location is excellent, very peaceful and central to everything and right off the freeway exit and the owner Joseph, is not an upstanding guy and not very accommodating. I would most definitely NOT stay here again. Doug Mason

My experience at Livingstone campground has been a nightmare. Livingstone campground management has been stalling photographing and making rules on a daily basis. Friends come to visit me because I have been recently cripples and am bound to live in a chair because I can no longer walk. Let aloneake and prepare my meals. My pharmacist comes by daily with my pain meds and medicine. He takes down licence plates and threatens to have the vehicle towed if not registered. Daily. What is he going to have me do crawl out to the road and get my meds there? The tenants are told overnight company must be approved by them. Or a $5000 fine will be incurred. These actions can not be legal I feel he is picking on the handicapped and less advantaged, I need help. Will someone help us. If this does not get posted that will only prove my point.

If I could give this place a minus I would. I have never had such a bad experience in my life. I was rejected from this camp site with a very insulting attitude. I don't even know why as the owner/site manager wasn't clear. As I understand, this place accept only new trailers and I guess my 2014 airstream wasn't good enough. At first, the owner was never to be found. When I did find him he was rude and very unwelcoming. This place is NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

My husband Derek & I had a GREAT time. The owners were there all the time, accommodated our RV, & trailer even though it was a very busy Labor Day weekend. They couldn't have been been nicer, and I would happily stay there again on our next trip.
