โ โ โ โ โ Lousy wifi, almost useless. Signal constantly fades in & out. Slow as well, hard to load webpages. Washrooms are dirty & just plain run-down; just an overall nasty and cheap feel. They appear rarely if ever cleaned. No toilet paper, malfunctioning appliances, so cheap the sinks don't even have soap or hot water to them. Apathetic approach to fixing actual issues with the facility.

โ โ โ โ โ The owner is a scammer and doesn't care if he fallows the law he thinks he can do whatever on his land , doesn't have any communication skills or a brain on sanitary its really bad place to rent at. With no personal boundries its his park! and if the septic system isn't working right just drain it into the stream in the middle of park, just gross.

โ โ โ โ โ I stay here at least once a summer. The care taker Linda is always super friendly and helpful, she is almost like a grandmother to me. she even renovated the bathrooms herself not to long ago. They look way better then before. There is coin laundry on site and as well during the summer they usually have a fire pit at night. Most people who live here are very friendly. Not far from into town, great location.Overall a great place for a pit stop for a night or two

โ โ โ โ โ They have a lot of old run down RV's, place looks dirty with all the junk gathered around the RV's that are there long term. Guess that's why they have rats running around getting into the RV's and/or chewing vehicle wires.
We stayed there, only some of the people are nice the rest are just huge gossip infested miserable human beings. It was a much better park before the original manager passed away, now it's just a joke!
If I could give them a 0 star rating I would have.
