★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a problem on Sunday. I called at 2PM and Mark came out 1 1/2 hrs later. Great service, very knowledgeable. You pay extra on a Sunday but when you have an emergency it worth every $.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service - promised service for this morning - no one showed up. Phoned at noon and was assured someone would be here this afternoon. Phoned at 6:30 and given a lame excuse - trucks broke down and we were super busy. All that was needed was honesty - admit there are issues so someone can get on with their day. Would never use this company - service is everything and they couldn't even bother to be honest or phone waiting customers to advise them of the situation. I only gave one star to allow the post - I would give them no stars :(

I took the day off work waiting for them, no one showed or called. When I called dispatch they were quite rude. I definitely will not be recommending them or using their service in the future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came home from vacation and found my septic was backing up into the house. No damage had occurred but all the pipes were full once we realized we had a problem. The 24 hour line walked me thru step by step on how to fix it over 2 separate 30 minute calls. They didn't charge me anything just lots of great free advise on how to unclog the pipe. Solved everything and it works. Next time my tank needs a pump I know who to call. Great late night service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not use this company for further services. I had used them in the past but this time I was very disappointed. I made an appointment, waited for 2 weeks only for them not to show up. I called to ask what happened and the office person was rude, not helpful and pretty much hung up on me when I asked to speak to someone that could explain why there was no record of the appointment I booked. There was no looking into it, no apology for the mix up and no offer of an explanation. Some basic customer service would have been appreciated and expected. I want to deal with businesses that appreciate and want my business--not ones that clearly don't care whether they get it or not.
