F	Fatmagul Burucu Uslu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I called no matter the reason the people who answered the phone transferred me at least 4 times and everyone one of them told me to hold and they were very unprofessional. Sometimes they did not pick up or when putting me on hold, the machine said do not leave a message and the call dropped. You will not be able to be served even when booking an appointment with your FAMILY doctor. They are not helpful or trying to do their job what so ever. Do not go here. Only after demanding the office manager was I able to get my prescription through a Nurse Practitioner.

He listen and will call you even like 9pm when there's something wrong or even a little bit concerned with your health or lab test result. I used to have a family dr. at the same clinic but she left and turned over all the patients to dr. Wu. We are so happy to have him. I highly recommend him.

T	Tau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly horrible, the doctor I got is next to impossible to get a hold of and then informed me that she is only helping me "as a courtesy" like I am some kind of burden, in spite of them being my family doctor. I've never been so angry with a doctor in my life, Ive gotten almost 0 care in the 2 years I have been with them as a "family" doctor. It's honestly sickening.

While there is a ramp at the back entrance for patients in wheelchair, the ♿ accessible button to open the door does not work. I had to struggle to physically pull the door open to get the wheelchair in and out of the building. The building management needs to have this fixed because accessibility ♿ is very important

It is not approved for this group nor are children in danger from cvd..... If I could give 0 stars I would, as obviously this is not a trustworthy doctor!!

They won't answer until the fourth or fifth call every time. The responsibility is always deferred when you ask why the service is so slow. Is this what public health has come to? If the reception staff is so deplorable, get someone who can do their job properly. Management: Please look up deplorable. I had to comment on Google, twice, because there is no direct way of contacting "Management", whoever you are, or even getting through to reception. What you are doing is very hard on my mental health. I cannot reach my doctor.
P	Patty Talbot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this office for a few years and have had absolutely no issues making appointments or seeing my doctor. I am able to get someone right away and they help me right away with all my requests, and the doctor that I see in there are phenomenal.
