A	Alon Genkin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear Russian Community, I know that this spot is popular among our community but do yourself a favor and find another mechanic. Lucian Lup (the owner) is crook. I brought my Forester for a standard safety inspection to register the vehicle in the province. After the inspection i was presented with a ~$1000 estimate of repairs that my vehicle allegedly required to be certified as safe. I'll spare you the technical details but the parts that "required" replacing did not make sense as pre-requisites for a safety certification. I challenged Lucian and after some back and forth things still didn't mesh. I contacted the ministry and the mechanic literally laughed over the phone at the proposed repairs. Lucian chalked everything up to a simple mistake and became upset when I told him that anyway this situation is sliced it's not good. I.E: Either this guy is a complete clown who doesn't have a rudimentary knowledge of vehicles or he is blatant crook I took my subaru to the Canadian Tire auto center next plaza over and it was certified within the hour. DO NOT FREQUENT! or at least consult with someone else before agreeing to repairs For those more technical: This clown suggested that my 2 rear dust covers (or heat shields) are crucial for the safety inspection. He refereed to them as "back plates" and when i told him that those were exclusive to drum breaking systems (i have disc brakes) he started calling them anchor plates.

They did the job properly on my left front wheel, but a stange noise appeared straight after I left the shop at exactly the place of the repair. I came back and they fixed the issue, but completely denied that they caused the situation and asked for more money. It seems that for the owner Alexey money is number one matter. He insisted to a mechanic to "find more money, the more the better" on my car with even me present nearby. Overall good mechanics work there, but you have to value your clients more.

Firstly, I have been to mechanics where they tell you to leave your car and they will "get to it" but never do. At Motorsport Multitest, you book an appointment and they make sure to get the job done on time. Next, they are very responsible. If something doesn't need fixing or replacing, they'll let you know. Their communication is very good and you will always know what they are working on and what needs to be done. Finally, after taking my car to these capable mechanics, I feel better when I drive away, knowing that they have done a quality job. Feeling confident that your mechanic cares and has done a good job provides a value that you can't put a price on. And I should mention their prices are very reasonable too--so that's extra value!

They are not insisting on any job on a car that is not necessary. The staff members are all certified professional mechanics. The atmosphere in the shop is very friendly. I would recommend this place to all my friends and relatives. This auto garage is in high demand, so I recommend to call in advance to make an appointment. Great service guys!!!
