We had a major collision with our first car that was 12 weeks old. We were scared and confused about what to do next. David stepped in and helped us deal with insurance company, gave us valuable information that really helped us face this difficult time head on. He is a great person and I recommend his services, you wont regret.

David and his team were phenomenal to work with right from the beginning of my inquiry. I have a 2019 Mazda 3 Sport GT which unfortunately got clipped and had the rear right door mangled down to bare metal right around two body lines which made it irreparable, a damaged quarter panel and a damaged rocker panel. I called David and Keele Street Collision after reading many of the positive experiences that users had posted on forums and review boards and he spent a couple hours with me to explain all the work that was required. He spent the time to help me consider various options from repairing the door/body or replacing the door panel completely with a new one. We decided that a new door panel would be a more appropriate and cleaner solution along with a new rocker panel. Even with the ridiculous supply chain issues due to COVID, David managed to acquire a brand new Mazda door shell for my vehicle and he began work immediately while waiting for delivery on the panel. After about 1.5 weeks of continuous work and regular updates from David, I received a call to check out my vehicle. David pointed out that there was a small adhesive moulding that still needed to be replaced and some paint work remaining for a dry spot. After seeing the vehicle, I was caught by surprise at how well the work had gone. Not only did David surpass my expectations for the quality of service and paint/body work that was done, he went above and beyond by having my entire car detailed inside and out which was unbelievable because I’ve got a really fluffy dog! The car looked brand new and it was all done at a reasonable price relative to other locations and in comparison to past body work I’ve had done on other vehicles. I’ve already inquired and requested details about other services that they can arrange for me in the future such as detailing, rust protection and other car maintenance tips which David was more than willing to assist with. His group is reliable, genuine and they’ve got a boat load of connections in the industry to make sure you’re getting great results for your vehicle. I’m extremely happy with my results and look forward to seeing the long term results as far as reliability of material (paint, metals, etc) is concerned. Thanks David & Keele Street Collision!

David himself came out to do the assessment, drove our vehicle to the shop, and returned the vehicle the very next day. This is my second experience using Keele Street Collision, and the customer service and repairs are fantastic. David explains everything throughly and provides several different options. We'll be back.

I am a couple of months late in writing this review--but I will only ever come here if I need any body work! I hit a neighbours car this winter and did damage to both mine and his vehicle. I was so upset and mortified. I didn't want to go through insurance. Both my neighbour and I got a few quotes-- before I even got to David in person he had assesed the quotes my neighbour got and realized they were ridiculous and took the time to explain to me why....He also took time to explain to me how to go about the situation. He made me feel so much better and long story short we both got our cars repaired here and I saved thousands of dollars. The service was excellent and so was the work on both cars. These guys are honest, fair and provide top service and quality of work....I recommend these guys! Also love Dimitri :)

David and his team is fabulous. I had my car (Mazda 3) rear ended and the team did an amazing work. It looked as if the car is brand new after the repairs. David is honest and helped me with each and every step starting from calling my insurance until I got my rental car. I would definitely recommend him for any repairs related to car… Thank you David.
