★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they seem like nice guys, (Amin and sam) but very unprofessional. The service was extremely slow/inefficient and dishonest. After finalizing everything, paying them a couple visits, ready to sign papers and pick up the car, last minute I get a text just to tell me car was sold to someone else. My time and energy was wasted as I had an hour and a half commute to come meet them just to tell me this. I won’t recommend them as they weren’t the most honest people to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was frustrating dealing with them, not very professional and extremely slow in getting back to you with information. After painful communication of going back and forth for over a week we were informed by the same salesman that the car we were interested in was sold by his boss to someone else and instead he asked if we would be interested in a completely different model of the same brand. It was a complete joke and waste of our time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love my new car and couldn't of been more happy! I was promised the car be ready in three business days and it was ready in two! I dealt with Ronnie, he is very educated on cars and helped me through out the process of choosing the right car for me. I have had bad experiences with car dealerships before but the team at paramount really helped me over come that fear and I highly recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a Mercedes GL from Sam and we were treated great from the moment we walked into their showroom. Sam was very professional and was happy to help us in anyway he could. I cahneg my cars every 2 years so I have LOTS of used car dealer experience and this was easily one of if not the best over all experience we have had. During the delivery there was a minor issue and sam made it right for us right away. I have sent friends to see Sam and they all have had a similar experience so this is a well deserved 5 Star rating.... Thanks Sam!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trusted sam and bought a car roughly October of 2020 it was an Audi q3 and I absolutely fell in love with it, I trusted him that nothing was wrong with the vehicle, 2 months into having my car I had a flashing engine light upon bringing in to the Audi dealership this car should’ve never passed a safety, needed the engine replaces, needed new brakes, it was all a mess.
I will be taking them the court.
