I took a chance and bought my first ever used car recently from Eli Motors: a 2012 Acura TL. It was a wonderful experience. Eugene and Tali made it very easy to get a deal done, and were both extremely professional and courteous with me throughout the process. I had a bit of a warranty issue after the fact and they swiftly took care of it - no questions asked. I can't express enough how great the experience was, and how much I love this car. I would highly recommend Eli Motors if you're looking into the used car market, their selection is vast, prices are fair and the customer service is top-notch!

Fortunately, one popped up at Eli Motors and on an off-chance phone call at 9:30PM, we secured a next-day morning visit to see the car. On arrival, we were amazed at the condition and immediately purchased the car. We worked with Eli, as our sales person, on the details. Everyone was very friendly and helpful; not pushy or aggressive in any way. We received the car and a few days later, a very appreciated follow-up phone call to ensure we were completely satisfied. I wish I was writing a more exciting review and talking about the new Porsche SUV we purchased, but our family is still at the van stage of life. I waited a month before writing the review to see how everything was working out. Mr. Sionov was really good to deal with. He explained everything he knew about the vehicle, reviewed the CarFax report with us and helped us with the test drive. Van was super clean and have had no problems with it in the past month since the purchase. Highly recommended.

Eugene seems to be picky about which cars he sells, so if you want quality and good condition, come here. This is not going to be your typical used car dealer experience! He doesn't sell just anything - most of his cars are higher-end. Like some other dealers, safety certification is extra, so factor that in (about $900 with tax) so that you'll be able to drive it away with plates and ownership transferred. It says so on his ads. In my case, Eugene needed to put new brakes on it, so it worked out well for me. There was some yellowing on the headlights, and he cleaned that for me. He also changed the oil no charge, and found me a nice set of winter wheels/tires for a good price. Highly recommended!
