W	WUXIAO ZENG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to leave a review for those that are looking to get an abortion. I had a surgical abortion done here and the staff here were excellent. I was not able to get an abortion in my city, and I had to drive 2.5hrs to Toronto. I was very grateful that they had given me an appointment the same week I had called. The only clinic available in my city was scheduling me 2 weeks into November, and the hospitals (Catholic funded) are opposed to abortions. The initial phone call was pleasant, I was told what to bring and what to expect. On the day of the appointment, you need to make sure you have your health card, and the person driving you home needs to provide their drivers license as you cannot drive after the procedure. You first have to fill out a few forms, then you get to see a counselor. She was a very professional and lovely person. She asked me if I 100% wanted to go ahead with the procedure, and after signing the forms, I went to go see a nurse who did my ultrasound. This whole bit took about 45mins. After the ultrasound, the nurse took me to the procedure room, and I was given an IV of pain medications that made me very drowsy. The actual procedure must've only been a few minutes, but I was so out of it I honestly don't know lol. I would say the pain was a 4/10. After the doctor was done, I was given a pad and some hospital underwear. I went to the recovery room and they gave me a blanket and some hot water. After about 20 minutes, the nurse took my vitals and checked my bleeding. I was good to go. Overall, I am so grateful for this experience - the entire staff were professional, compassionate, and very easy-going.

I would refer this clinic to anyone looking for somewhere safe clean and experienced. They know how to take care of you without judgment complete understand and painless afterwards because they do such a fantastic job. Oh yea and its free with a health card, some places actually charge you directly instead of the government. Wishing everyone that works here many blessings and good vibes??
C	Courtney on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience of my life, none of the pain management worked during the procedure. Girls who went in the procedure room before me were screaming in pain, and once it was my turn so was I. I was told I’d get a pill to help soften my cervix considering I was 14 weeks and they needed to dilate me for my D&C, they didn’t give it to me when I requested it. The ultrasound tech had a cold personality and didn’t say much to me at all, I was in tears since leaving the counsellors office. Once the procedure was over I was forced to walk into the recovery room although I could barley stand as all the meds finally hit me. I don’t even remember walking out of the recovery room into the lobby and leaving. I was throwing up the whole way home and the pain/bleeding lasted for a couple weeks. No one warned me what my body would go through, thinking there was a baby to feed when there wasn’t. I’d highly recommend if your pregnancy was something you planned to go forward with, beg to have it done at a hospital under anesthesia. And if you’re making the decision based on what’s best for you, research any clinic other than this one. My experience was a true nightmare.
T	Taylor W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t normally write reviews but felt like I should because of all the negative ones. I read all the negative reviews and it made me so so nervous. But I arrived at my appointment everyone was helpful and nice. You could tell nobody was was judging they just wanted to help. I received pain medication through the iv but as to be expected it was mildly painful for sure. The doctor was amazing she was so kind and so nice and the procedure took maybe 3 minutes. The pain during the procedure is unavoidable but they do their best to make you as comfortable as possible and it is so fast. So grateful for the staff here.

Instead of trying to understand and the least be cordial with someone going through such a situation, she was very rude. I am sorry, I will not be coming back. They are not offering their services for free, and the lady on the phone does not have any right to be so disrespectful.

Then I continued to show her my boyfriends drivers license(he was the one driving me home) which is a G1 and I'm a G driver so she said thats not allowed considering I will be on high narcotics. Okay, fine. I got angry left and came back to say I'll take a uber home because I can't wait 3 more days I'm super sick from the pregnancy. She said NO you can come back another time because of my anger. This clinic should be re evaluated with staff because they are not supportive. They are rude and as a women I felt lost when I should feel comforted in a place like this. No I will not be making another appointment if I had one today. Shame on this clinic and the lady with the boy at the front desk.
G	Gabriella Cicciù on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My three star review is because of the reception. When you get to one of those clinic you aspect support and comprehension. My experience there started in a horrible way because of the woman at the reception. My boyfriend had a G1 and so he was not able to take me back home but I told the woman I was gonna get a Uber back but she was really rude and she was raising her voice instead of trying to understand, especially in that situation of anxiety. She told me that I couldn’t get accepted to the clinic and to come back another day (which I don’t have time for that) but then I insisted about the Uber and she let me in. Overall it was a good experience inside. The doctor and nurses were really nice and I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort. The process was quick and they were very supporting.

The staff at this clinic are patient, kind and they clearly explain to clients what is going on with their bodies and also educate clients on the variety’s of birth controls that are available to them. Thank you for the amazing support you provide women while they may be feeling the most vulnerable
