D	Danielle Hamilton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I feel it’s necessary that I write this review after my procedure today. There was blood on the floor below the bed when I walked in to get changed (before my procedure) and a needle cap also laying loose beside the bed. I’m not a very confident person so I didn’t feel comfortable saying anything… the needle cap is one thing but another person’s blood left me feeling very nervous about the cleanliness of the place. The process itself was quick and painful however after the procedure I was left on a mat of (a lot) of my own blood and given nothing to clean myself with. Overall it was a pretty traumatic experience. This is not my first iud insertion and I definitely won’t be going back to willow clinic unfortunately. I have rated two stars as staff at the front desk seemed organized and efficient.

Clinic double checked my preferred name and asked for my pronouns, very respectful! Made me feel super safe, respected, and able to tolerate the discomfort of medical procedures. Highly recommend!
L	Lindsay Towns on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like many other women, I was a little anxious about the IUD insertion procedure. However, the process was relatively painless and the doctor explained everything as she worked. Really it just felt like a pinch and took less than 5 seconds to insert. I did have some bleeding afterwards, but it's normal and expected. Bring a pad with you. Took off a star only because they are incredibly difficult to contact; I discovered that if you call during lunch, though, the answering machine will actually save your message. That was the only way I was able to get in contact.

This was much more pleasant than my removal and replacement done elsewhere. The clinic allowed me to leave at my own pace as I was nauseated after.
M	Madeline Babinec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an IUD removal here and it was a great experience. The doctor was so nice and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I booked with Willow Clinic based on other positive Google Reviews and it was worth the wait (it may take several weeks/over a month to get an appointment, but the wait was so worth it.) I'm not sure the name of the doctor I saw, but she was excellent. I was a nervous going into the appointment, but there was no need to be nervous at all due to their relaxing patient room with nice decor, friendly attitude and knowledgable competent doctors.
l	lindsey hirscher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had attempted calling them about a sensitive matter and left a message. Never heard back from them which with holidays and weather events it is what it is. After never hearing back via the voice-mail I reached out online. I did hear back quickly that way but the lady I spoke with left an awful taste in my mouth. When she called and I answered she was conversing with someone and told me to wait while continuing said conversation which i overheard in its entirety. She then came back to my conversation and just was not kind at all. She told me to call around to all these places which is fine, but then talked down to me when I asked a question and then at the end of all of it told me she had no idea if they could help me anyways. I asked if they could let me know asap because of the time sensitive issue and she just flippantly said she would try. She did call back to tell me that they couldn't help me out and instead of providing any kind of information on resources just told me to call around. Which I had already done and was told to call them. If I was a young and scared individual it would have been a very traumatic experience. While I am sure the rest of the staff at the clinic are great this lady, and her very cold and insensitive demeanor, should not be dealing with the public.
P	Peach Chin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very nervous about my IUD insertion. Dr. Hall made the whole experience light hearted and relaxing. She was very informative and kind. The actual process of the IUD insertion was so quick!! Dr. Hall is very skilled and the pain was minimal (I definitely thought it would hurt more!). The pain was a very short and sharp pain (4/10 - I took Ibuprofen as directed an hour before). I haven't had my IUD for long enough to say if I like it but for anyone afraid of the process, it was not too bad for me!
K	Kaylee Cornish on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was extremely nervous for my IUD procedure and the ladies at the front desk and the wonderful doctor really made my experience less anxious. They offer medication before if recommended by your doctor. The medications really helped me calm my nerves and lessen the pain. I was so relaxed with the doctor I didn't even believe she was done so quickly and effectively. I recommend any ladies needing to get one done to go here. You'll be in amazing, caring hands!
