I have contacted the clinic multiple times to see if I am still on the waitlist/ to see where I am on the waitlist and I was assured that I was still on the waiting list. My doctor just called me to tell me that the CCDP cancelled my referral due to no response from me. I was never contacted by this clinic in any way.

A	Abigail Elizabeth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rating in the middle because my laparoscopy went well with no issues, but low because when the nurses discovered I had a slightly irregular heartbeat during prep, they admitted they had only used the ECG machine on each other, and were clearly VERY unfamiliar with the technology while conducting the procedure. You can imagine my stress and mental state as I was trying to prepare for my first surgery. Still waiting to hear back from the complaints department after I emailed a week ago. I expected a way higher standard of care.

Apparently at this hospital 70 % of births here are done by c-section those who endure that hardship go to a recovery ward in the tiniest rooms all ghetto trashed with violent toilets. New father's like me have to sleep on the floor and some of the rooms have windows into hallways?? Please rebuild this wi.g,
J	JJ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nurse team gave my wife the tender support and generational wisdom I desperately needed after giving birth during the pandemic. They were reassuring, kind and so encouraging. 1000% recommend! Love you guys.
K	Kate Davies on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blown away by the care and dedication of everyone who helped us through both deliveries at bc women’s. After complications thanks to baby with my first labour I was determined to have a better experience. The staff especially those from South Community worked so hard to give me what was progressing as a genuinely positive labour experience. There was a complication at the end due to baby and the team responded so quickly she was out within 7 minutes of noticing an issue. I’m so appreciative of the genuine consideration to give me a labour I wanted and beyond comforted and grateful that when things were out of our control they responded quickly and did what was needed to save baby. We will always be so grateful to the staff and feel very lucky our children were born here

Everyone was so nice, well informed, super caring, I had a C section and I felt no pain, recovery has been super fast, doctors and nurses were awesome, room and hospital are modern and we'll equipped… except for the fact that dad slept on a mattress in the floor… food varied from ok to very delicious, we got everything we needed, we just loved the experience. Our little one is healthy and doing great ? Special thanks to all our nurses Andrea, Danielle, Chedith and Lisa and also Dr. Katie Seligman and Dr. Michelle ❤️ Thank you, thank you, thank you!
