★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ladies there were so fantastic. It was such a scary time for me but my counselor, my nurses, and my doctor were all so caring, informative, and reassuring. I've had anxiety attacks leading up to coming to the clinic but they calmed me down and reassured me that I knew best for my body and my life. Never would I thought of saying that this was a good experience given the circumstances, but it was definitely such a big help for me with all those supportive people making me feel cared for. Would recommend them for sure! Heads up, booking appointments may take a bit though. Their phone lines are always busy so I just left a message and they got back to me within 2 days., I was on hold for 40 minutes when I finally called them back but I definitely understand that they're busy and they take the time to speak with each patient. Pls be patient with booking appointments they're doing everything they can for women like us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an amazing women's health clinic. The doctors and nurses and staff are so kind, patient, and respectful. I felt safe and comfortable during my visits.
The fact that I got in quickly was extremely important because I ended up needing urgent care. It's too personal to go into details, but I will say one of the doctors here could have saved my life.
Each appointment I had started with seeing a counselor first. I appreciated the personalized support right off the bat.
I had my first IUD inserted at this clinic. I am usually very nervous about procedures, so I was relieved the process here was quick and the pain manageable. I was told the steps of the procedure before hand which calmed my anxiety. They use localized anaesthetic before insertion and this made a very positive impact on my overall experience. I didn't know that the doctor would be numbing my cervix beforehand and I felt so much relief hearing that from the counselor.
Before and after the IUD was in place, the doctor did an ultrasound. She made sure that the IUD was sitting in the right place, and let me know afterwards that it was in the perfect position.
I am so very glad I came to this clinic for my first IUD. I feel really good about knowing that I was in good hands.
If you are thinking about coming here, I highly suggest you do.I have been recommending this clinic to my friends and family as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off everyone at this centre is incredible. From speaking with Karen on the phone who was reassuring and so helpful during a very stressful time to Amazing Amanda who went above and beyond to see that a potential emergency was being dealt with in a timely manner. That girl has some connections and pulled some serious strings for me, a total stranger. Amanda gave expert advice, had supreme knowledge and clearly works so hard. Listening to her multitask was like hearing a symphony. Thank you to the incredible doctor and nurses who are helping me through this very difficult and confusing situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need more staff. Staff is very professional, and knowledgable. Happy with the service except the only and the biggest problem is that it is impossible to get a hold of them. I have never been able to get through the call and not waited more than 40 minutes. The call wait time has been increasing over the years and this seems like an issue they are not resolving. Even though I am happy with their service I have to more on to a different clinic just because It just doesn't seem like I can get a hold of them ever!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible and completely apathetic clinic. Doctors have little to no emotion. Patients are brought *alone* to listen to fetus heart beat. Covid restrictions used as the excuse to force these women to experience trauma without any support person. Absolutely disgusting. I hope this place shuts down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the clinic for an IUD insertion, I was very anxious and nervous for the procedure (partly because I had read a lot of bad reviews).
The nurses and doctors were very kind and walked me through all of the procedures within the process of the insertion. Every women’s health care centre made me feel very protected while I was there, and on the phone.
The nurses, councillors, and doctors are all very knowledgeable and helpful! Thank you Every Women’s Health Care Centre!
