★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I initially came here because I had prior lower back problems. I was searching online for a chiropractor, and found many reviews of Dr. Dominic Chan. I was always a little skeptical about chiropractic therapy but was always intrigued having watched celebrities getting it on YouTube and it did help them. During my first appointment at Peakform Wellness they were able to assess my situation, and possibly what caused it in the first place. Let me tell you, after my first session they had me standing up straighter then I ever have in my life. It was a great feeling. Even after my second visit, I knew I was somewhere where quality of treatment actually was a high priority to them. I more then appreciate when they tell you that their biggest goal is to "see you less often", haha. I'll definitely make this a regular part of my routine.
I highly recommend you check this place out if only to put all your negative stereotypes at rest and experience the healing first hand. Thank you Peakform Wellness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Care and friendliness start at the door with Simone at reception at Peakform. I’ve been seeing Dr.Chan for chiropractor and Jonathan for massage for a couple years, and they are both amazing every time. I highly recommend Peakform for all your needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was miserable with back pain issues and had not found any progress with anyone else even after commuting for long periods of time, but on the first visit to this place I saw results.
In the last 3-4 visits, Donnie has nearly eliminated my back pain and has changed my life dramatically. I no longer get kept up at night by my back pain or have my posture compromised because of it. Best place I’d definetly recommend to everyone to try this place for chiro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Domenic Chan is my go to for any alignments needed. He is the only chiropractor I will trust and I have been going to him for years now. Peakform Wellness has a really nice atmosphere, they are really welcoming and the office is nice and clean. Overall I give this establishment 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad shoulder pain due to my posture while working. I went to Dr Michael and he helped me get really better. Haven’t been to any other chiropractor yet and I don’t wanna go anywhere coz Michael helped me get better in a couple of months. I also recommend Edmond Li for massage. He applied the right amount of pressure and made me comfortable. My shoulders feel a lot better now!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Chan is our go to chiropractor. He’s not like many of the other places that we’ve gone to before where they push you to do long programs. He’s very honest and allows us the freedom to listen to our bodies and go for adjustments when needed. He’s very knowledgeable and gives a lot of information and explanations so we get a good understanding of what is being done. Feels refreshing after every treatment. The RMT at peak performance is great as well!

He’s very patient to listen and understand my issues and treat me accordingly. I have been his patient for many years, his treatments and advices have greatly helped my back pain and improved my posture. I have recommended Peakform Wellness to my family and friends. Everyone who has tried their service was very satisfied with the treatment results. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor Dominic Chan is amazing. He is very personable, charismatic, kind, patient, and professional. He fixed my severe back pain a few years ago and he has fixed my lower back pain again this year. He is definitely my go to chiropractor.
Simone and Sophia are also so wonderful, friendly, energetic, genuine, and welcoming. These girls can brighten your day regardless it is rainy or cloudy. There is no place like Peakform for your wellbeing.
