L	L K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here paid out of pocket for a Pap test and then waiting 3 weeks no results, I called them to ask when the results would be done they said the Pap test was lost in the lab, you need to come in and do it again.
M	Michelle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, the staff here are amazing, welcoming, and very professional. I felt very comfortable during my iud insertion and felt no pain. The doctor I had was very thorough and gave me a local anesthetic for comfort. I would definitely recommend going here if you are looking to get an iud!

The staff at the front were very patient, warm and thorough. The facility is clean and I felt very safe with their Covid-19 precautions. I was extremely hesitant about my procedure. I called 4 different clinics, but this clinic seemed the most knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Brian Fitzsimmons - I was a bit nervous about having a male gynecologist... but WOW. He is incredible! Completely pain free. Clean, safe, easy, and he has a great personality. I felt really at home. The nurse practitioner answered all my questions and they were polite and punctual. 100000% would recommend.
M	Melon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got an emergency copper IUD here. All the staff and doctors were extremely kind and caring throughout the whole procedure. I felt very supported and taken care of here. I love the emphasis they have on safety and protecting patient anonymity. They have two entrance doors to screen people coming in. And you have to sign a form that goes over all aspects of your privacy/anonymity. I was super scared to get my IUD because I read all the horror stories online... I kept shaking and crying throughout the whole thing... BUT I DIDNT FEEL A THING. The only thing I felt was the speculum but it was just a bit uncomfy. Do yourself a favour get an IUD and don't be scared about getting it. They give you local anesthetic so it feels like nothing. Plus it's over before you know it. My period is usually heavy and irregular but I didn't get much after effects. I had some mid-level bleeding for 3 weeks straight and some mild cramping. Now everything is like normal. I love their purpose and mission. No matter what you come here for, I support you. I'm thankful that in Canada they protect and support women's health and rights. And I hope it stays that way.
T	Thought Spiel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got the nexplanon implant here. I am very nervous and anxious around procedures, needles, and anaesthetic. Staff were professional, front desk was really lovely. Doctor was also reassuring and friendly. 4/5 stars only because the wait time was far longer than expected - I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment slot and did not get seen by a doctor until 1 hour 15 minutes after, nobody really told me what was going on or why. I'm sure they are very busy, just would have liked some communication in my anxious state! Otherwise, great service and clinic. Would do again.
