They also gave me good tools to further control the issues I was having. I feel it has had a significant positive effect on my mental health. I greatly appreciate what Manifest has done for me.
J	Johnathan Zorbas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honest review 2.5 stars if it was an option: When I came across Manifest I was intrigued by their unique program concept that was advertised on their site. It came off as a fusion program/counceling style which was super appealing to me as the thought of this was that it merged the best of both worlds, an organized structured approach with one on one support. Unfortunately the experience I received during my 7 sessions was not exactly structured as per what was advertised online or as per what I was expecting. I feel their concept is great, promising, and has potential but that the program still needs to be developed to be able to deliver what their concept is looking to offer. Although I did find some value in counceling with Manifest I would take into consideration that I am also the type of person who looks for the positive in most situations. With this being said, although I wouldn't tell anyone not to give Manifest a try as others have seemed to have had a great experience working with them, they personally most likely wouldn't be my first recommendation to anyone either. Hopefully this review helps!

I am so grateful to have experienced this growth and rediscover my sense of empowerment with Michael as we navigated the Manifest model together. In the past, counselling has left with more questions than answers and more doubts about my resilience and capabilities. This was not the case over the past 5 weeks. Michael made me feel recognized as a strong and independent and amazing individual from the get-go and I felt heard.

I'm a marketer, and Manifest's messaging hit home. Did several sessions and worked through some really important stuff. Don't hesitate, take the leap, open up, and talk. It's beyond worth it.

Jordan made me feel more than comfortable, He helped me realize who I was deep down at heart and what things he had noticed while talking to me that I have never herd before, That was very uplifting that someone had noticed something about my thoughts and ideas. I have never felt like anyone really listened or noticed that about me before. I would like to thank Jordan M. for all his help and understanding. I would recommend Jordan M. and manifest.

My mental wellbeing has improved overall since we first started. I would highly recommend the Manifest councelling program to anybody, there were experiences that I didn't even know affected my well being today until seeing an expert like Evan. I'm beyond grateful for the sessions. Every session had a purpose and I have found some great tools/ insights through Manifest councelling that I'll be using every day.
