Went in to look for a new shirt and jacket that I needed in an emergency and Frank saved the day. He had me outfitted and on my in way with time to spare!

Ammar and the rest of the staff at the Kennedy Commons location have been amazing since I stepped foot in the store for the first time last year. It started out as just an inquiry after reading some positive google reviews, but step by step we were able to suit all 6 of my groomsmen, my father-in-law and 2 of the β€œbridesmen”. I hope they can continue to operate through this pandemic because I look forward to becoming a returning customer for many years to come.

There was a lady who was very helpful, but when it came time to pay, she wasn’t free to cash my husband out. There were three men working there who were just hanging around looking at us. I assumed they didn’t know how to work the cash register because why would they just stand there when they see customers waiting at the cash register? But after 5 minutes or so, I went up to one of the men and asked if someone could cash us out and that guy knew how to work the cash register after all. Yeesh. I would give the lady 5 stars for her helpfulness. Overall experience though is only 2 stars. Selection of sweaters is also very lacking.

Moores have very good collection of suits and variety of sizes. Customer service is very top notch. I highly recommend for you next suits shopping.

Experienced a total non-professional customer service, I picked the suit without a suit storage bag - they just handed over the suit to me with a polythene cover. I asked for the storage bag and the reply was - bag not available as stock finished. I really surprised and speechless. This is totally a non-professional and non-civilized manner. They are doing the suiting business and they do not know how to handle the customer and behave even. Storage bag is a very basic for the suit business and it's shame as they have the suits but not the bags. If you are doing a restaurant business, you can't tell the customer that the tissue papers are not available due to lack of stock. Shame, shame, shame. These people should not do business in a civilized society. I am not pointing on the monetary value of the storage bag, pointing on the professionalism as the storage bag is a basic item and it carry the logo of the company. Please do not reply with SORRY or APOLOGY as these words not fit for non-professional attitude.

We used Moore’s tux rental for our wedding on May 22, 2022 and are completely unhappy with the service we received. Numerous mistakes were made and it dramatically negatively impacted our wedding day. 1. Our booking asked for the groomsmen to receive ties, but they all received a bow tie upon pick up. This caused a major inconvenience the day before the wedding and the groom had to go to the store to pick up ties for his groomsmen. 2. Two of the groomsman did not receive a vest. Thus, the entire bridal party could not wear a vest like they intended on doing. 3. One of the groomsman’s tux was shipped to British Columbia instead of his store in Toronto. They found this out two days before the wedding and couldn’t find another tux in time. The groomsman had to travel far to another location to pick up a tux but it was NOT the same style that we had requested for the bridal party. This one had a different lapel and did not have a chest pocket so the entire bridal party could not wear a pocket square like they intended on doing. They also did not have his correct shoe size and he had to wear a larger size which caused discomfort throughout the night. They also did not find a shirt for him so he had to pay out of pocket for his own shirt!! Now this groomsman is wearing a different jacket in all of our bridal party photos. We trusted Moore’s with our wedding day but they really failed us. Update: Moore’s customer service reached out to us and offered us a partial refund for our inconvenience. The review has been edited to 3 stars.

I was invited to a wedding last minute and had to pick something out last minute. Black, white, green, and blue were colours which were not allowed at the wedding. It didn’t give me much to work with but I asked for help from Maria and she was superb, awesome!! Very knowledgeable with great taste and great opinion on the combinations of clothes and colours I could put together. Maria was very patient with me even while I was stressing and being indecisive. Her help and services was tremendously appreciated beyond words. If you need help I would 2000% recommend her to you. Thank you!!!!
