★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional, personalized service. Came in 10 days before Grad to suit up our son. The guys had him in a great suit, shirt, tie, suspenders, shoes, socks & pocket kerchief in an hour. Taught him how to tie a tie and we left utterly satisfied. Well done men!!??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having worked in the retail industry for 7 years I’ve had my share of good and bad experiences. It seems as if top notch service is hard to come by these days. Well that wasn’t the case with my experience at Moore’s in Langford. Both Adam and Lexi went above and beyond to help me with finding me exactly what I needed. Their service was as good as it can get and they made me feel like I was a valued customer. (It was my first time in the store ever). Thanks for your efforts. I would encourage anyone looking to get fitted and or set up with a suit to go see Adam and Lexi. They will take care of you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So happy with the service we received today when ordering my fiance's suit for our wedding. Aaron was thorough, friendly, and made great recommendations. I forget the name of the young man he was training (I think Izzy or something? Sorry) but he was lovely and super personable. Suit prices are also really reasonable, we're doing custom and I was pleasantly surprised at the total.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went in today to outfit my son for his first job requiring a suit - we were in a rush and had been to another store first where we got horrible service and no assistance whatsoever. We called out to Moore's in Langford before driving out there and were assisted by Hunter who checked to see they had some sizes we needed before we made the drive out there - she was more helpful in 3 minutes on the phone than the other store's staff had been during the half hour we wasted there, so we drove out to Langford and we weren't disappointed.
When we arrived Hunter had picked out some things because she knew we were in a rush and we got right to trying stuff on. She had us outfitted with suit pants, socks, dress shirts, belts and shoes in some hard-to-find sizes and out the door in less than 40 minutes and we had everything we needed. The staff at this location never disappoints, and Hunter was a lifesaver - made what was a very frustrating experience at the first store into a very enjoyable experience at her store. Five stars isn't enough for this awesome employee.

Because I dressed like a farmer the kid that worked there had no time for me and wouldn't bother to look for a suit in my size I found it myself. I went to Moore's and there was a gentlemen who was super nice and helped me out. He made the difference that day and probably deserves more money
