Did not have appointment, nothing available. Arrived and had to stand outside office, understandable. Stood for an hour waiting to get inside and then once inside still had an hour wait, website said 71 minutes. 2 people working, very slow. This lab is usually good but today the worst.

There was little wait, staff was super friendly, and the place is really clean. I’m a bit of a chicken when it comes to needles, and they were extra gentle, quick, and did a great job of making it as painless as possible.

Arrived 5 mins before appointment time. I had an appointment for some bloodwork. Nothing special. Wound up waiting 40 MINUTES before I was brought in. While I was waiting they allowed in 2 different parties who were walk ins. The lady who noticed I’d been waiting was NOT the lady who greeted me (that lady’s shift ended, I watched her wave goodbye to coworkers) and this other lady asked what I was waiting for. I said I had an appointment for bloodwork and her response was “oh, we have a new door person. She keeps missing people, sorry.” Her tone was rather dull and monotone, not sincere at all. I work in customer service and if that had been me I’d be apologizing up and down and thanking the person for being so patient. Needless to say, all the empty rooms were now occupied by the walk-ins who were allowed in before me and I had to wait even longer before I was brought in. It took less than 2 minutes for my blood to be drawn and sent on my way. I had somewhere to be and even left work early to ensure I would get to both my appointment and destination on time. This did not happen. Incredibly disappointed and frustrated with the situation. My suggestion would be to train your employees better so patients aren’t just “missed” so easily and forced to wait an absurd amount of time to be seen, and even have their day impacted because of it. We all have lives to live, and I was considerate enough to arrive early as to not impact the lab technicians and the business. It was NOT busy at all, I was the only person in the waiting area for some time before the other 2 walk ins were admitted. I will say the technician who took my blood was fast and it was nearly painless. That’s the only positive. Will not be back at this life labs location, sorry.

I can not believe the lady at the front desk. The whole time I was waiting to get in to get my blood down she was complaining about customers ‘coming last minute’ saying “ugh we close in 5 minutes and still have six patients” “I have another job at 6:30 and when I work here I can’t eat cause of THIS job, always having to leave late.” “This job doesn’t like me eating ugh” she was rushing around and being rude. She had no respect for anyone in here waiting. She was loud and obnoxious… like she wanted everyone to hear and feel bad for being here. I will NEVER come back here. She should defiantly be fired.
