★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Ashley came out to see my lame horse. I was blown away with the professionalism, attention to detail, and compassion for my girl who was in obvious pain. She answered all of the questions I asked, and DIDN'T ask! She was so knowledgeable and caring.
I wouldn't call anyone else other than Moore for their excellent care!! 10/10!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am new to the area and left a message Wednesday morning with a request for medication, the voice message said away from phone and that the pharmacy was not manned Friday.
Two days later I hadn’t heard back so I rang reception. I was told the pharmacy had mentioned it to reception after I had telephoned but even though pharmacy was going to be closed Friday it was left with no one contacting me.
I appreciate this wasn’t an animal emergency but being ignored is very unprofessional and gives me little confidence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely competent and professional team. They are efficient, skilled and my go to for my performance horses. I have been impressed with all of the services I've received from lameness evaluations to emergency after hours colic to neonate infections to surgery to euthanasia. They are exceptional at what they do. Wonderful client communication from beginning to end. The only difficulty is accessing the clinic via service roads off of the QEII with a horse trailer is a little difficult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a client of Moore Equine for over 15 years. While I've dealt with various vets, I would like to give special mention to Dr. Evans, Dr. Lockhart and especially Dr. Lamond. Dr Evans treated my horse for many years for routine vaccinations and teeth to chiro and his more creative injuries. He's always been such a pleasure to work with and done an incredible job. Dr Lockhart provided calm, excellent advice on an emergency call and was very empathetic and practical to the situation. Finally, Dr Lamond has been my horse's main vet for the last few years. She is truly incredible, going above and beyond to investigate, explain and check on him. She is such a pleasure to deal with and my horse (who was always very suspicious of vets) absolutely adored her. Thank you so much to everyone at the Moore Equine team, you are all amazing.
