β β β β β Several problems with Less Mess. #1. They said they would call before delivery, they never did either time. #2 They said they would pick up my 2 empty bags when they made another delivery, they never took them. #3 When I called them they said to put them in the blue cart BUT these are mixed products and can not be recycled in the blue cart. I called the City to confirm and they need to go in the black cart. Poor communication and not environmental friendly at all.
