β β β β β Service manager Lee Bryan is very rude & unprofessional, I got over charged $ 500 for the performance run test for my machine as at first place they didn't do the work correctly and I brought it back and got charged for diagnosing the same thing again. Bad customer service and I would never go there again, also filing complaint to their Corp. head office.

And snow blades , there was an issue with the snow blades and they fixed it free of charge.

β β β β β Got help to change the code for my CASE skid steer. Ok service. Parts are well organized. Saleman was only interested in helping me if he could sell me a machine. He never followed through.

β β β β β I got charged twice of time for the test of my machine, bad experience & Lee Bryan and Joyce Don was very rude when I asked for explanation about the invoice. They will provide you a quote, but shock you with the $$$ numbers on invoice. Be aware!

β β β β β Just dropped by to look at the amazing farm equipment outside with my toddler. Discovered that they have a showroom that has 2 isles of farm tractor toys!! They have tons of high end metal tractors and farm equipment for kids and collectors - the staff were very friendly and super helpful! Thanks so much - we will be returning regularly!
