★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish to acknowledge your employee "Brendan" who assisted me with my soil order. He provided me with all the information I requested pertaining to: selection of product, pricing, and delivery service fees.
In spite of COVID restrictions, I was able to obtain my product within a day of placing my order.
This was my first visit (remotely) to BURNCO but will be sure to revisit when considering my next soil delivery.
Thanks again Brendan for the efficient and pleasant shopping experience-stay well!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience figuring out patio pavers we needed. Katrina helped figure out everything I needed to start the backyard patio summer project! They were able to deliver everything within two days ( I was there on a Saturday and by Monday morning I had everything delivered ).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hey, I have had a great experience with Burnco in the past five years, and although there are many things to praise about, their customer service is one of the best. Brandon, who works as a salesperson at Burnco provides an outstanding service and is very helpful as he has a detailed answers to all my questions and concerns. I would surely recommend anyone to Brandon as he is very polite and overall is a very good guy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burnco was prompt and helped us with great patience. We are new homeowners and wanted to do some landscaping with our backyard, we came in without any knowledge of what to do. We spoke to the manager Brendan and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained what we needed thoroughly with some recommendations as well as the right amount of material we would need for the size of our yard. Brendan and his staff helped and supported us all the way through this process and we having nothing but great things to say about Burnco North.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CLARA is an Unprofessional, Dishonest, Exceptionally rude and Incompetent manager.
I had purchased pavers from this location thinking I was getting a good deal and shortly after found out I was being ripped off. Called the store to ask them for a price match prior to delivery instead of cancelling the order and was told to bring in a quote even if the item was delivered and they would honor it. After the item was delivered, I went to the store 2 days later and Clara the store manager rudely says that I can return the product and they will not be matching the price. Explaining to her that her floor manager Warren had agreed to provide the price match she insisted she wont do anything about it and that she is the manager and the decision stops with her.
UPDATE: Don Wilson contacted us and was very professional and resolved our concern very quickly like a good manager should.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased products from Burnco in the past and been very happy, my recent experience was horrible. I ordered 20mm product, same as I have ordered in the past. This time I got more 10mm or smaller product, also lots of dirt and other colored 40 mm rocks in the mix. It looks like they were cleaning the yard and I got a bad mix of scraping the bottom and cleaning up the yard. I suggest if you purchase here you insist on being there to watch them load the product to make sure you get what you ordered and not a lot of bad product.
