They lie, there takeoff people are dumb founded and have a bunch non English speaking workers who have no clue what they are doing. Absolutely worst experience ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truss package was quoted as $3100, after triple checking that would be the final price, they charged my card $3650 and didn't tell me, I found it when reviewing my CC statement. They said the discrepancy was for delivery charges, even though I stated from the start that it would need to be delivered at X address and would need to be included in the quote. If I'm doing another project, I'll go with Allspan, they had the better quote all things included!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recommended this company from a friend and am currently waiting on a quote for a basic garage for my third week. Their sales staff appears to be screening my calls and while they answer my emails assuring me I should see pricing in the next few hours, I have yet to receive a thing. Would love to give them anything for a rating but their refusal to provide me with a basic quote is just.. something else entirely. StarBuilding Co. and Integrity Built out of Okotoks are great alternatives if anyone is shopping.
Update: Integrity Built are the guys. 24hr response time and matched pricing to lumbers future pricing to ensure an economical project.
