★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First vet visit. Dr. Patel is not the usual chatty personality. But he was amazing with my puppy. I asked him what was the next shots and when, he gave me straightforward answers which is what I prefer. Gus loved him gave him kisses and he showed him love back. The clinic was clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Patel is amazing, first vet to discover he has a heart murmur (13 years old). Only vet my dog had actually liked. He gets down on the dogs level and pets them. A vet that actually cares, he calls personally to follow up . Non-rushed service (he spends time with you and explains everything in detail) Great , polite, prompt receptionist Sarah there also. Great prices. Super affordable. Worth the drive from Chestermere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great prices, Dr. Patel is to the point and is the 1st of 5 vets to help my dogs allergy symptoms.
Allergies can cause multiple types of secondary infections and other vets would treat just one at a time which by the time we got around to trying to deal with the allergies another secondary would pop up.
Dr Patel treated all her secondaries so that we could promptly get to her allergies and help relive her. It honestly saved her life as her life was getting so terrible due to the pain that I thought about euthanasia. 5 years later she is still a happy pup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to see if I could make a appointment for my cat. They weren't able to quote a price for a standard x-ray which all the other offices I called were able to tell me. I asked when the earliest they would be able to see him and they said they couldn't tell me unless I sent his paperwork over from the other vet and then they would call me to book an appointment. Not sure what kind of vet office is unable to answer BASIC questions about appointment times and fees.

Vet prices in this city can get astronomical and he has, for many years now, kept his prices fair and affordable, and for that we are very thankful. We trust him and always recommend his practice.
