Do not bring your pets here, they aren't well equipped to treat or diagnose conditions. If you suspect something is seriously wrong with your pet, take them to an actual animal hospital. The only thing you will achieve coming here is them referring you to another place that can actually give your pets proper medical attention. Save yourself the time and money.

This clinic is horrible, they don’t check your dog properly. You pay for a visual 2 minute check. the Secretary is a huge pain in the a** and very quick to suggest going to a different vet instead of answering normal questions. She’s probably the main reason I will no longer be taking my pets here& I don’t recommend going here if you care about your pets. Not to mention it’s also a really unprofessional and unhygienic environment.

Been a great help for my older chihuahua, they are much cheaper for a vet visit than anywhere ive seen. Just 40$. All prices are fair for that matter. Reception is very knowledgeable as well.

I had very high expectations from this vet clinic as I had a pleasant experience speaking to them over the phone. However, our visit did not live up to my expectations. Here are the reasons why: - The moment we walked in, no one was present to greet us and check us in for our appointment. - Vet was unprofessional; did not introduce himself when he walked into the room and was not informative during the appointment. - Vet was not helpful at all, he left me all by myself and expected me to lift my husky up on the table. Not once did he think to send his assistants over to help. - No one informed us about the vaccine side effects after the appointment - Lack of communication between staff and inconsistent instructions; the vet suggested a cone for my husky after his shots however the assistant did not think a cone was necessary. - Lastly, we were quoted $130-$150 over the phone for all of my dog’s vaccines and the total ended up being close to $200 which included extra charges for using a Visa card.

I brought my dog here on a whim; needing a vet clinic as soon as possible. I was positive my dog had a bad ear infection and he was becoming irritated by it. The clinic took me in pretty quickly, and the receptionist was nice and professional (She's the only reason I'm leaving a review; she was the only good thing about the place). The rooms were hot and stuffy, doesn’t seem like there’s any AC in them. There was dirt and blood on the walls, not really cleaned at all. When the vet(Dr. Sandhu) came in I voiced my concerns but I also informed him that my dog is irritated and on top of that doesn’t care for masks on people; as he growls at it. So I said he could remove it if it was possible but that my dog would just be a bit to handle. The vet wouldn’t even touch my dog, he backed away from him when my dog was trying to sniff him, he told me to hold my dog and flip his ears to show the infection. He came back with something to look into the dogs ear and I advised that unless he muzzles my dog, that he won’t be able to insert it as the ear is inflamed, red, and very irritated. He backed away again, and said β€œI’ll just give you antibiotics.” (Without even doing a proper checkup or look at the ear) I paid for antibiotics and a checkup and the vet did absolutely nothing. How can you be a vet if you’re afraid to touch your pet patient. I’m really unimpressed.

I took my dog to this vet for his left eye because it was gewing green, the receptionist was nice but the vet was scared of My dog (golden lab) if your scared of dogs your in the wrong profession, we told him it was his left eye and he goes and looks at the right eye and instead of his left. my fiance and I had to tell him twice that it was his left eye, the vet didn't say anything but ill give you eye drops and walked out without even saying what's going on with his eye I won't be going back . I feel like there just there to make money and not really help your pet. I don't recommend this vet

This place is a scam. Don't take your animals here. I took my cat in after I came home from school and found her under my chair in my yard injured and unable to walk. I have no issues with the receptionist, however the "vet" that works there is a joke. He walked in, did not introduce himself and wouldn't even touch my cat to exam her which he expected us to do it for him. He told us she had a fracture, gave her 2 shots and tried to send me home with her. I insisted on at least an x-ray to confirm if she had a fracture. They took her for an x-ray, and when we went back to get her and results, they told us it was a puncture wound. The receptionist took us to the back where the doctor was to review the x-ray, he told us there was "white stuff" in her leg and he didn't know what it was. They gave me a bunch of medication, charged me close to $600 (they charge extra if you use credit card), all for absolutely nothing. They never told me what was wrong with my cat, and now I have to take her to a vet that actually knows what they're doing and pay more money because she isn't getting better. These people are crooks and they need to be shut down.

My first experience with this clinic taking in my sick cat. I appreciated that I was able to go in with her when I had heard that many clinics do not allow pet owners in during the pandemic. I wore a mask but the staff did not wear masks properly and the vet actually took his off to talk to me. The vet did not introduce himself. He immediately told me that my cat was suffering and should be put down. I had seen my cat lethargic and not drinking on a couple of previous occasions after which she had perked up. The vet ignored this, offering no explanation as to why that had happened. His exam of the cat consisted of looking at her gums and palpating her kidneys. He told me her kidneys were "swollen". I said I wanted to talk with other family members before making a decision to euthanize our cat. The vet assistant came in a couple of times to ask me if I had made a decision. I felt rushed. I understand that it was a Friday evening and they likely did not have any other appointments booked so wanted to close early. However, for me and my family, this was our beloved pet of 15 years that we had to put down. The vet showed no compassion in words or actions. After our cat had died, the assistant said "I'm sorry for your loss" and then talked about herself. My bill was $451.00 for the "exam", euthanasia and paw print. The paw print did not even have our cat's name on it. I feel good that I was there with my cat till the end but I sure did not receive compassion or support from this vet clinic.
