★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i went in for few treatments of PRP not too long ago and the staff was extremely professional and helpful but most of all made me feel very comfortable. very clean and informative. would DEFINITELY recommend these guys for any hair/skin treatments....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was okay with the owners/operators of Alux Spa, until she BURNT MY LEGS, a day before my trip to HK. I had blisters all over my legs and had to keep them covered the entire trip.
It really got on my nerves, when I went to her office to talk to her and ask for compensation so that I could get the scars removed. Her answer was "I am not afraid if you sue me, because I am covered. Plus, you can't even sue me because these types of claims are not covered." WOOOWW thats a great way to show sympathy and own up to what you do.
This was last year, August 2018 and I am posting this review today because I was going to wear a short dress and my legs looked so ugly in it that I wanted to cry.
I have posted my pictures as well, so that you guys could judge the business for yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beyond the spa having beautiful presentation, the service is remarkable! I went to the spa for lip fillers and I can honestly say that I have never had better results. They offer a variety of other services as well, such as vampire facials, Botox, lash extensions, etc. Very welcoming and friendly employees who contribute to the relaxing atmosphere. Would recommend Alux Spa to anyone and everyone looking to be pampered!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started here by just getting laser hair removal for my upper lip. I kind of just wanted to test the waters and when I got there I felt very taken care of. The Laser tech made sure to answer all my question and I didn't feel pressured to do treatment the same day. I later started Laser for my full arms and legs which was very comfortable because they have a machine that spryers cold air at you. I'm now done my treatments and the results are great. I would recommend this places. The staff is very educated in their field.

There isn’t a service here that I haven’t done, and let me tell you they are amazing! Awara the spa manager is the most amazing person you’ll ever meet! She cares for her patients and understands your needs! Highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After doing much research on laser hair removal in Calgary, I decided to go with Alux Spa. They use literally the top laser machine in the business, called the Candela YAG. After having a really good first session and seeing the results, I booked follow up appointments. I’m now going on my 3rd appointment and can’t wait for it! I do highly recommend this place. The staff are friendly, professional, and they really take care of you.
